"No funny business, he is with " Natasha said while looking at lina as she grabbed Kenichi's hand behind her.
"I am putting away my weapon" lina said as she showed her back to them showing them that she doesn't want to hurt them.
"Are there any booby traps around here? Anything we need to know about?" asked Natasha
"I didn't raise my girls to fall in traps." lina said
"You didn't raise us at all." Natasha replied
"Oh, maybe so. But if you got soft, it wasn't on my watch." lina said with a smirk on her face.
As they entered the house Alexei asked lina where she kept his suit and after lina showed his suit to him, he imdiately started undressing his black coat pant bodyguard suit to wear his Red Guardian suit.
Leaving Alexei to himself lina showed the trio the dining table and the 3 sat at the sa side of the table with lina sitting on her seat which was adjacent to Natasha.
After Alexei changed his suit, he appeared before his family and poser in front of them as he said "Hmm.. it still fits nicely"
"I never washed it once. Co and drink" lina said
" Rise, you workers of salvation. Family back together again. Mmm." Alexei said in a happy tone, clearly he has forgotten the beating he got from Kenichi after his injuries healed.
"Seeing as our family construct was just a calculated ruse that only lasted three years, I don't think that we can use this term anymore, can we?" lina asked
"Agreed." Natasha said but grabbed Yelena's hand under the table to let her know it wasn't true for them. "So, here's what's gonna happen"
"Okay. A reunion then, huh? And, uh I want to say sothing right off the bat. You haven't aged a day, huh? You're just as beautiful and as supple as the day they staged our marriage." Alexei said
"Mmm... you look much better now even more fit" lina said
"Well I was in prison for a year and have been following a Counciln for a month. I uh... I have a lot of energy " Alexei said making Kenichi groan understanding what he was implying.
"Oh!" lina said in interest
"Please don't do that. So, here's what's gonna happen." Natasha said as she started to get irritated by the duo.
" Natasha, don't slouch." lina said while looking at Natasha
" I'm not slouching." Natasha said as she rested her hands on the table
"Yes, yes, you are." lina said
"I don't slouch." Natasha said sternly
"You're going to get a back hunch." lina said
"Listen to your mother." Alexei spoke
"Oh, my God, this" Natasha said but couldn't find the words for the current feelings she had.
"Up, up." Alexei said again irritating Natasha further.
" All right, enough. All of you." Natasha said once she had collected herself.
"I didn't say anything. That's not fair." Yelena pouted.
Kenichi who was hearing silently understood that lina was intentionally changing the subject so that she didn't have to answer Natasha's questions. Clearly she knew about the situation more than enough.
"Here's what's gonna happen"Natasha said
This ti Yelena interrupted her "I don't want any food."
" Eat a little sothing, Yelena, for God's sake." lina said
"You're gonna tell us the location of the Red Room." Natasha said in a raised voice so that she could have heard clearly not caring about the interruptions.
lina took a deep breath as she said this to Alexei "You know, it's like when you told them that they could stay up late to catch Santa Claus."
"What? That was fun. You know, "He co down the chimney, girls. Look out. Where is he?" You wait for him, and then when the cookies are gone, then you see he's there. No, no. What? I want them to follow their dreams." Alexei said with a smile.
Kenichi didn't wanted to interrupt hoping that Natasha and Yelena maybe able to get the answers they need as he didn't think lina will tell him about Dreykov.
"No good." lina said
"Reach for the stars, girls." Alexei added
" Finding Dreykov is not a fantasy. It's unfinished business." Natasha stated
" You can't defeat a man who commands the very will of others. You never saw the culmination of what we started in Arica. Nor did you." lina replied
"Natasha, always focus, focus. Get what you want." Alexei said trying to impart wisdom but showing how much he lacked in the brain departnt.
*BEEP* The door starts beeping and lina said "Co in."
The door opens and a pig enters the house walking towards lina and stopping just before her.
Kenichi raised his eyebrows as he saw the pigs action, he knows animals were smart but this guy was too smart for a pig.
'Did that pig just open the door?" asked Yelena in surprise beating Natasha to the question
" Yes. It did. Good boy, Alexei. Good boy." lina said hearing the na both Yelena and Kenichi smirked while Natasha tried to remain stoic but a second later even she was smiling
" You nad a pig after ?" asked Alexei
"You don't see the resemblance? See, he sits just like dog. Amazing. Now, watch." lina said
"It's a little weird, to ." Alexei stated
"Stop breathing." lina ordered and the Pig Alexei grunts and stops breathing.
"We infiltrated the North Institute in Ohio. It was a front for S.H.I.E.L.D. scientists. They had dissected and deconstructed the human brain to create the first and only cellular blueprint of the basal ganglia. Was the hub for cognition. Voluntary motor movent, procedural learning. PIG Alexei GROANS as he fell on to the floor.
"What are you doing?" asked Natasha
" Oh, I am explaining that the science is now so exact, the subject can be instructed to stop breathing and has no choice but to obey." lina explained
" Okay, you made your point. That's enough." Natasha said as she looked at Pig Alexei who was on the verge of dying.
"Yes, all right. Well, don't worry, Alexei could've survived 11 more seconds without oxygen. Good boy. Now, you go back, back ho where it's safe." lina said
Pig Alexei grunts and starts to breath again then slowly stood up shaking his head left to right.
"You go. You go back ho, back ho where it's safe." lina said to them, " The world functions on a higher level when it is controlled. Dreykov has chemically subjugated agents that he has started to plant around the globe."
