As he spoke, that filthy paw of his reached directly for Bai Xiao’s chest.

The mont he took a step forward, Curly’s knee hadn’t even straightened when suddenly, so hard, heavy object struck his back, pushing him to the ground and thwarting his further intentions.

A pair of legs hooked his own and held them tight. A hand covered his mouth with such force his head was bent backward, and a solid arm locked around his throat.
In just the blink of an eye, Curly was left completely immobilized.

The voice was as cold as it was threatening.
Although there were only a few words, spoken so softly Curly could barely hear them, he clearly understood their aning. The arm choking his windpipe said it all. He was pinned to the ground, unable to raise a hand to defend himself.
