i ngzhen’s suggestion was a wake-up call. Indeed, Tianyu usually got up late and lazily found things to do in the afternoons, so he hadn’t felt bored so far. Of course, there’s no sha in any profession, and it’s not that driving a cab is bad. It’s just that he felt he should be striving for a few more years after college graduation before resorting to it, which was frustrating.
“I didn’t tell you to drive a taxi now. I said you can consider it if nothing else works out. Although, it’s almost ti already,” i Yinan stated matter-of-factly.
“That’s the sa thing. Can’t you be a little hopeful about my future?”
Fan Hongwei interjected in a tily manner, “Alright, your decision to get your license is a good one. You’re not working, so how much money can you have? I’ll reimburse you for the driving school fees.”
Fan Tianyu imdiately brightened up, “Thanks, Dad.”
With the tuition reimbursed, Fan Tianyu hardly kept the little money he had left. But since he was learning to drive, which certainly wasn’t a quick process, he handed over the 3,000 yuan of living expenses that i Yinan had prepared to i ngzhen.
“Here, take this. It’s my living expenses. I guess I’ll stay until I get my license, and definitely have to pay for this period.”

“Hey.” Seeing him evade so quickly left ngzhen with no choice but to accept the money. She thought it over and decided she could always give back by sending extra vegetables their way later. Then she went upstairs with ngchen.
The pleasant brother-sister chat ti began. i ngzhen soothed her brother to bed, and then they talked about the day’s events, mostly listening to ngchen recount the amusing stories from kindergarten.
