Mai Qiqi and Wan Chu’er both ignored Lin Yufei’s question, instead wondering why Su Xiaoi would do such a thing and when Wan Chu’er had offended her.

The two of them thought about it for a while, but ca up with nothing.

Wan Chu’er didn’t even know Su Xiaoi, let alone offend her.

She rembered sothing and asked, "Do you think Su Xiaoi was instructed by Zheng Yun?"

Mai Qiqi didn’t catch on imdiately, "Which Zheng Yun?"

Wan Chu’er: "The one we bumped into shopping that day."

Mai Qiqi’s eyes widened in shock, she asked incredulously, "You offended Zheng Yun?"

That thought itself seed bizarre.

Zheng Yun had nothing to do with Wan Chu’er, Zheng Yun was the pride of the emperor with powerful backing, while Wan Chu’er was just a sophomore with no background.

If there was any connection, it was just that they happened to et once while shopping.

Amidst Mai Qiqi’s shock, Wan Chu’er nodded.

Mai Qiqi gasped and blurted out: "This is bad, you’re in trouble."

Wan Chu’er watched expressionlessly as Mai Qiqi paced around the dorm room.

Should she tell Mai Qiqi that the so-called Buddha behind Zheng Yun was actually relying on her family now?

Wan Chu’er hadn’t decided yet when Mai Qiqi suddenly said, "This probably does have sothing to do with Zheng Yun, I rember who Su Xiaoi is."

"Su Xiaoi’s grandfather seems to be one of Old Zheng’s forr subordinates, so it’s not strange that Zheng Yun knows Su Xiaoi. Maybe Su Xiaoi posted that article just to curry favor with Zheng Yun."

"You really did it, why provoke Zheng Yun?

Do you know how petty Zheng Yun is? Once a friend teased him for being a nanny’s son, and he ended up pushing her into a pond, she was only ten."

Wan Chu’er was speechless, she couldn’t hold back and asked, "Doesn’t Old Man Zhong do anything?"

Mai Qiqi slapped her, "Old Man Zhong? If you call Grandpa Zhong like that again, I’m cutting ties with you."

Really!

Wan Chu’er looked at Mai Qiqi in disbelief.

But Mai Qiqi ignored her and, biting her lip, thought for a mont before saying, "Grandpa Su’s sixtieth birthday is coming up soon. Maybe I could ask Su Xiaoi for you then?"

Wan Chu’er noncommittally asked, "When is her grandfather celebrating?"

"Hold on, let make a call." Mai Qiqi turned to pick up her phone and called her own grandfather.

A mont later, after hanging up the phone, she said, "This Saturday. My grandpa was invited, and I’ll go with him."

Wan Chu’er said, "No need, I’ll handle it myself."

Lin Yufei and Mai Qiqi both asked simultaneously, "How do you plan to resolve it?"

This sounded like a tough situation, dealing with people who were all influential and well-connected, they could crush her with a flick of their wrist.

"Maybe you should tell Brother Jiang, he might have a way," Mai Qiqi suggested.

Wan Chu’er smirked, "We’ll see."

She started typing on the keyboard again, and in the blink of an eye, she had deleted that popular post.

Lin Yufei admiringly exclaid, "Master Wan, I’m not holding onto any walls from now on, just following you."

Wan Chu’er playfully hooked her finger under her chin, causing Lin Yufei to giggle shyly.

Mai Qiqi shivered and asked, "How do you plan to solve this?"

Wan Chu’er replied, "After class in the afternoon, I’ll go find Su Xiaoi and ask her in person."

There was no need to wait until Saturday and go through Mai Qiqi as a middleman, as they were all in the sa school anyway.

Mai Qiqi anxiously said, "She is not Ma Tianjiao. If you hit her, the consequences could be troubleso."

"Who said I was going to hit her?" Wan Chu’er lightly laughed, "Just a couple of questions to confirm if she is involved with Zheng Yun."

After classes in the afternoon, Mai Qiqi didn’t even go ho, and even turned down a romantic dinner invitation from An Zihao, sticking closely by Wan Chu’er’s side.

She was afraid that Wan Chu’er might inadvertently cause a huge disaster.

Su Xiaoi was from the Journalism and Communication departnt, and also had classes in the afternoon.

As soon as the bell rang at the end of the class, Wan Chu’er was the first to rush out of the classroom, with Mai Qiqi quickly following behind.

Their classmates were greatly surprised, with one student joking, "Looks like Wan Chu’er is ready to start a fight."

Many had seen the post online, and as classmates, they knew very well that Wan Chu’er was very serious about her studies, always ranking at the top in exams, and a frequent visitor at the library.

There were quite a few who admired Wan Chu’er, but her cold and detached deanor had discouraged many.

Thus, most classmates didn’t believe what the post claid.

Wan Chu’er and Mai Qiqi cornered Su Xiaoi at the entrance of the Journalism and Communication classroom.

Su Xiaoi had long hair and looked very poised, much like a TV host.

She looked perplexed at the two girls in front of her.

Wan Chu’er asked, "Do you know ?"

Su Xiaoi smiled, "It appears I’m ignorant; would you mind telling what’s so extraordinary about you?"

She found the girl in front of her sowhat ridiculous, pitying her pretty face.

Anyone suddenly asking "Do you know ?" in front of soone else could probably be considered a fool.

Mai Qiqi was a bit anxious, whispering, "Could we be mistaken?"

Unperturbed, Wan Chu’er stared at Su Xiaoi, her tone steady as she said:

"Yesterday afternoon, you posted an article titled ’Computer Science Ice Goddess and the Unclear Relationships with Multiple n’. I’m not wrong, am I? Although you changed your userna, you forgot to change your IP address. You should’ve used a different place and computer; that would have made my investigation more troubleso."

After hearing Wan Chu’er’s words, Su Xiaoi’s expression shifted slightly.

She really wanted to deny it, but seeing how confident Wan Chu’er was, she felt denying it would be a waste of effort and only add to the ridicule.

"Are you Wan Chu’er?" Su Xiaoi asked assuredly, "Let’s talk sowhere else."

Wan Chu’er raised an eyebrow, followed Su Xiaoi’s steps out of the academic building, Mai Qiqi clicking her tongue, hurriedly following them.

Su Xiaoi calmly stated, "I did post that article, you deleted it, didn’t you?"

Although it was a question, her tone was certain.

Talking badly about soone and getting caught didn’t seem to make Su Xiaoi nervous or guilty at all, as if the matter was as simple as choosing between noodles or rice for dinner.

With her expression unchanged, Wan Chu’er directly asked, "Why?"

"Why?" Su Xiaoi laughed again, "Because I don’t like you."

Her arrogant attitude made people want to beat her up.

Mai Qiqi also felt that Su Xiaoi was being too much, anxiously grabbing Wan Chu’er’s hand.

Wan Chu’er seed unfazed by Su Xiaoi’s arrogance, simply asking further, "Did Zheng Yun ask you to post it?"
