1712 Resolution (3)
The blood-red coffin lid imdiately exploded into pieces with a bang, and wood shavings flew in all directions. If one listened carefully, they would hear muffled howling. Chi Shuyan looked over and saw the hideous faces on the coffin struggling, as if to break free, when a huge wave of black qi suddenly exploded and covered the coffin before quickly dissipating.
The howls grew weaker and weaker, and Chi Shuyan’s vision shook again. By the ti she ca back to her senses, she was back in Yuan Yuan’s apartnt.
Chi Shuyan glanced at the furnishings around her and confird this really wasn’t an illusion this ti. The curtains were closed, but the black furnishings around her were familiar. Although the place was empty, Chi Shuyan didn’t let her guard down; conversely, she beca even more vigilant. Her eyes were sharp as they swept over her surroundings.
At that mont, there was a bang, and sothing suddenly crashed down in the middle of the room. Chi Shuyan glanced at it. Who else could it be but Gu Yunzheng? He had obviously destroyed the illusion, and co out of it.
Chi Shuyan didn’t pay much attention to Gu Yunzheng as her sharp eyes continued to sweep over her surroundings.
Gu Yunzheng, who had just co out of the illusion, was stupefied. He had no idea what was going on at all; it felt like he had been dreaming of lying in a coffin. He had just enjoyed resting for a while, when he suddenly felt weightless. When he ca back to his senses, he suddenly fell to the ground.
He saw that he had reappeared in Yuan Yuan’s room. The decor was familiar, and Shuyan wasn’t far away. Gu Yunzheng felt that sothing was wrong. The dream just now was too real. Before he left, he even heard countless mournful wails.
Gu Yunzheng was quite experienced and knowledgeable, so he quickly guessed that he must have fallen into so illusion just now. Instantly, he got goosebumps all over his body. He first looked around carefully, then saw that there was only Fellow Daoist Chi and himself in the room. He didn’t see a third person or ‘ghost’ at all.

At that mont, Gu Yunzheng finally felt a dark chill crawl down his spine. There was a cold voice behind him as soone said his na and asked if he could give her his face.
It was as if Gu Yunzheng was in the dead of winter, and countless chills seed to seep into his scalp, making the pores all over his body widen and goosebumps rise all over his body.
“Don’t respond!”
When Gu Yunzheng ca back to his senses, he saw Fellow Daoist Chi fighting with sothing. It was like a firestorm, and there were loud explosions in the room.
This ti, Gu Yunzheng finally got a good look at the thing’s appearance. It was a black mass with very long hair. At first, the face couldn’t be clearly seen. The only thing that was very eye-catching and disgusting were the faces pressed together all over its body. These faces were clearly real who knew how many people had died because of this thing.
Gu Yunzheng wasn’t a scaredy-cat and had seen many disgusting things. However, he had a bit of trypophobia. At first glance, he almost couldn’t help but want to puke.
The dirty thing on the other side seed to fly into a humiliated rage. Its face twisted, along with every face on its body. Gu Yunzheng felt the urge to puke again. As he endured it, he couldn’t help but exclaim inwardly as he wondered what the hell this thing was.
Moreover, every face on this dirty thing looked very animated and flushed it wasn’t an exaggeration to say that they were rosy-looking. When they hit the other party, they only smashed a few faces on the thing’s skin and didn’t seriously injure it. Fortunately, Fellow Daoist Chi had the upper hand in the fight with that thing. Only then did Gu Yunzheng heave a sigh of relief and join the battle not long after.
Elsewhere, Yuan Yuan’s right eyelid kept twitching as she went shopping with Xia Mingcheng. She felt very uneasy, as if her heart would jump out of her throat in the next second.
