Jian Xi recoiled as if shocked by electricity. "What are you doing? Don’t take advantage of the situation!"
"There’s blood. Let wipe it off for you," Si Yuhuan replied, his mouth twitching and face darkening. Does she see as so kind of ferocious beast?
Jian Xi’s fingertips buzzed with a tingling sensation where he touched them, her face turning beet red in an instant.
Her heart, fortified by high walls, kept repeating the words "I don’t love him," but a genuine love stirred at his intimate touch—her face flushed, her heart rate accelerated, and a strange emotion threatened to burst out uncontrollably. Don’t be foolish! she warned herself.
"I... I need to deal with Si Junyan."
Si Yuhuan held onto her hand. "Yan Qing will handle such a small matter. You don’t need to trouble yourself."

After speaking, Jian Xi fled in a hurry.

Jian Xi, if you don’t want to implicate your family, you’d better get lost imdiately! Don’t let see you in Beijing again!"

Jiang Qing was terrified. "What are you talking about? He really is in a bad way. I’ve seen the dical records."
"Good, as long as he is! This was probably just a final burst of energy."
Si Junyan kept pondering what Jian Xi had just said.
Jiang Qing was puzzled and tenderly examined Si Junyan’s bruised and bloodied nose. "Si Yuhuan did this? How could he be so cruel? You’re his brother!"
Originally afraid Jiang Qing would find out he had instigated the conflict, Si Junyan now reveled in her concern, his fears montarily cast aside.
Xiaoli, who had co to pick him up, saw her man being tenderly cared for in Jiang Qing’s arms and felt like grinding her teeth to dust.
Jiang Qing, while comforting Si Junyan, looked up, caught a glimpse of Xiaoli in the distance, and waved. "What are you standing there for? Take the Second Young Master to the hospital!"
"Yes, Miss Jiang, don’t worry. I’ll take the Second Young Master for a checkup right away."
She obediently went to support Si Junyan.
Si Junyan, still not giving up, turned to grab Jiang Qing’s hand. "Aren’t you coming with ?"
He was covered in bruises and in so much pain.
It was all thanks to Si Yuhuan; Si Junyan wished he could kill him right now.
"I’ll go get justice for you!" Jiang Qing declared.
In reality, she had an appointnt with a close friend for a manicure, and ti was ticking; her manicurist was very hard to book.
"Don’t go. Let’s just let him off for now," Si Junyan said, his mind still on Jian Xi’s earlier words.
Jian Xi was right: a cornered dog will leap over a wall. If Si Yuhuan really went for mutual destruction, he had absolutely no chance of winning! If anything happened to Haohan Group and the mysterious person beca angry, he feared the consequences would be dire.
"What?"
Jiang Qing was utterly confused. The vengeful Si Junyan had suddenly changed his tune.

She floored the accelerator, intentionally throwing Jiang Qing into Si Junyan’s arms.
