It was deep into the night when Li Si and Leng Mochen brought Buding back from the old house to their own ho.
After each had finished washing up, Li Si went to the children’s room to check on her already sleeping son and comfort the sulking Xiao Guai.
Xiao Guai’s big eyes looked pitifully at Li Si, scratching the back of its head with a toothy grin. Despite its considerable weight, its endearing innocence made it very lovable.
"Xiao Guai! Why are you still unhappy?"
Li Si roughly guessed that Xiao Guai might be upset because they all left without taking it along.

Li Si patted its furry head, glanced at her sprawled-out sleeping son, and softly said, "Today, because it was a crowded banquet, we couldn’t take you along! But don’t worry, soon, we’ll definitely bring you out to play, okay?"
Under Li Si’s gentle consolation, Xiao Guai finally cald down.
Li Si then left the children’s room and returned to her own bedroom.

She had grown accustod to his tricks; if she said she wanted to know, he would start setting conditions!

Leng Mochen didn’t miss the chance to steal a few kisses from her rosy lips before speaking slowly, "Today, I t Lu Qilin!"
