Because of the pri location, the price was 880 per square foot, even 20 higher than the quotes from Huaying Middle School. This residential area was considered premium housing, and it was only due to the current property market downturn that such a price was available.

Lu Jiaxin chose two units for Guh Haifan, both on the best floors and each with 800 square feet. Because they were purchasing two units outright, the sales manager even gave them a 10% discount.
