Once the duo was left alone, Virelle sat down on the chair and raised her hand toward Arthur.

Virelle just smiled at him helplessly. And that smile gave him the answer.
Virelle and Aston believed that Arthur was much more mature than Kevin. If a disaster befalls, the only person who could make a rational decision is Arthur.
They have seen it ti after ti. When Aston went to hunt with Arthur. Or when a few goons tried to harass Virelle when she was shopping with her younger son.
The only reason they give the job of taking care of the house to Kevin is so he doesn't get discouraged.
Arthur softly sighed, "I will take care of him. We both will be waiting for you back ho safely, so stop worrying and enjoy the trip."
Virelle smiled fondly before she gave a kiss on his cheek.
She soon got up and walked out of the house.
The two children waved their hands as the carriage rolled away.
Faintly, Arthur whispered, 'Tinker, you know what you have to do, right?'
