“Moving onto the next matter for this eting-” Rellan, the head secretary for the leader of the Dinsional Block, begins, only to find himself being interrupted by a System Notification.
The Dinsional Council of Dinsional Block #108 has officially declared and achieved victory in war against Dinsional Block #700 through the Dinsional Champion of Dinsional Block #108 slaying the Dinsional Champion and Leader of Dinsional Block #700!
Henceforth, the Dinsional Wall closest to Dinsional Blocks #108 and #700 shall receive a portal connecting the two Blocks. Furthermore, all citizens of Dinsional Block #700 designated as not allowed in the Block will be forcefully ejected into a random neighboring Block after the Dinsional Council hosted by Dinsional Block #108 in three days comnces and decides on those allowed to stay.
Due to the war coming to a close through the slaying of the Dinsional Champion of Dinsional Block #700 by the Dinsional Champion of Dinsional Block #108, only one Champion remains.
Therefore the remaining Champion will take on the role of Dinsional Champion for the new Dinsional Block #108.
Lastly, the Dinsional Leader of Dinsional Block #108 will retain their position as the Leader of the newly rged Block.
The war results have now concluded.
Silence fills The Retreat Hall as everyone in the hall stares blankly at the notification. With half of them looking pleasantly surprised while the other half collapse into their seats from the vast amount of work this notification just piled onto them.
Because it ans that their territory just over doubled in size.
Unlike a lot of the other Dinsional Blocks, Dinsional Block #108 doesn’t fight in very many wars. So while the Block’s territory has expanded nurous tis, their territory is still one of the smaller Dinsional Blocks within the Grid.

anwhile Dinsional Block #700 has the largest territory out of all Dinsional Blocks thanks to their warmongering leader.
A leader who is now dead according to the notification.
It takes almost half a minute for soone to break the silence. And when they do, no one is surprised by who it is.
“Could soone find Astrid?” Alara, the leader of The Retreat , asks in an exasperated tone. Letting out a sigh as she does so.
While I appreciate the help, since the Prival Fiend was a major problem, I wish she would give us a heads-up about her actions… Instead of just going in and killing the guy without a word.
More often than not, a lot of the expansions to Dinsional Block #108’s territory co from Alexia’s whims. And her Tier requirents.
Then, as if to mock their current situation, a second notification appears in their vision.

Alexia Knight has slain the Prival Fiend!
One of the representatives at the council leaves the hall to go find Astrid. anwhile the others just begin discussing the effects the new expansion will have. With many of them beginning to make plans for their own expansion into the late archfiend’s territory.
Many of the previous expansions before this one were monopolized by the larger nations in their Block. Since Alexia was outside of the Dinsional Grid for quite a while. Leaving the last ti she expanded their Block to be before The Retreat grew into its current wealthy form.
But this ti The Retreat is fully established and ready.
While everyone begins making preparations for expansion, the door to the hall opens and Astrid waltzes in without hesitation or any request for permission.
Not that she needs any permission. Since she is the only Class S species that resides in The Retreat aside from her twin.
And part of the power balance in the Dinsional Grid is determined by how many Class S species each nation has.
But more importantly, she is the twin of the Quantum Reaper. So no one dares to get on her bad side.
“So Lexi did it again?” Astrid asks after walking over to Alara and crossing her arms. “She said she was going to hunt a user at the cap of Tier 5, so I’m not too surprised. I’ll talk to her about informing us ahead of ti, but I can’t promise anything. And based on her remaining requirents, I doubt she’ll do this again anyway.”
Alara lets out a sigh of relief at that. But it doesn’t change their current situation.
She discusses a few things she would like to tell Alexia with Astrid before Astrid disappears in a pool of shadows, and the rest of the departnt and city leaders in the hall continue making preparations to expand into the enormous territory of the 700th Dinsional Block.
This is going to take a while to handle, but at least it will be a major boon to The Retreat…
