The snow was chilling but soft.

Erhuo rubbed its whiskers and then held the eggs with its paws. Suddenly, so dense purple qi started to cover the eggs up.
As the purple qi covered them up, the shell beca tough like iron steel. The babies cald down inside the eggs.
It wasn’t the first ti. In fact, Erhuo had done it nine tis.
The first few tis, Erhuo did it on purpose. It wanted the dragon baby and phoenix baby to stay in the eggs for a longer ti, so they could absorb more pure spiritual qi. Erhuo just wanted to do a great job to impress everybody.
However, the last few tis, when Ye Xiao was breaking the barrier in cultivation, things have changed.
The two babies were already strengthened a few tis, so they were already over a hundred tis more potent than before!
It was enough. Even Erhuo couldn’t say differently. All it needed to do was to let Ye Xiao check the eggs before they hatched. Ye Xiao needed to be there when the babies ca out because he was going to make a blood bonding to the two little things once they were out, so he could beco the two little things’ master.
