Noah smiled at him. "Go bring so food and also gather everyone in two hours."

Now he needed to distribute them among everyone and then send them on missions.

Then he took a shower and changed into sothing new, created by the tailors in the empire. They had designed a fantastic Emperor’s outfit for him.
Noah liked it. It was a black outfit with the Earth insignia on it.
Two hours later, 12,000 people stood in the open field.
Noah looked at them.
"This will be your last evolution. Then you will go to complete missions."
After saying that, he gave them the serum, and they all started their evolution process.
It took them another five days to complete their evolution.
Each one of them now had 10 million stars of combat power.
"2,000 will stay in the empire to guard it from any enemies.
The remaining 10,000 will form 100 teams consisting of 100 mbers each. There are around 15 days remaining.
I want you to go out and find subjects for the empire.
The more you can bring, the more generous the gift will be. You have 15 days, then you must co back here.

Noah asked them to bring subjects; they didn’t need to beco powerful on their own. He would do that for them once they brought manpower.

And within that range, he could control anything. So he created 500 black flying knives for battle. He was going to use them in the upcoming fights.
He needed to learn how to control his spirit energy and strength at the sa ti. Uncontrolled power was like a ti bomb; anything could happen.
