Levi stared at the endless plain that stretched infinitely before his eyes. The students were randomly transported, so he was alone.

His hand moved slightly, and a thick fog of nanites was released from his body. They spread instantly, covering an area of over 10 km around Levi.

In those 10 kiloters, everything was like an open book to Levi, as he saw even the most minute details.

"50 monsters," he muttered, his voice barely above his breath. That was an estimate of the monsters in the area.

He turned his gaze to the left, the place with the highest concentration of beasts. With a thought, he swapped positions with a nanite.

The Air rippled as Levi appeared, elegant and graceful.

Before him was a wolf monster. Black fur adorned its body with a half-moon mark on its head. "Stage 9 of the mortal tier," Levi mused.

He turned his head, not wanting to bother with sothing that weak.

The wolf, seeing the person who stood unmoving in front of it, charged. As it got closer to Levi, it froze.

The sound of flesh tearing was the last thing it heard. Its torso split in two, blood sprayed. Then an eruption of flesh. Nanites flooded out of the beast, scattering into various directions to continue their search.

Levi just stared at the flesh on the floor, his eyes twitching. "I can never get used to this sight," he muttered with a smile.

His eyes moved up to see a huge board that appeared. At the s ti, everyone in the crack saw it.

[1. Levi Orrin: 9 points]

He did not care that his na was that high up; he ordered his nanites to attack all beasts in sight.

But he was not idle, a katana ford in his hand, pulsing with raw nanites.

He switched positions with a nanite, appearing amid 3 wolves.

Before they could even register his presence, his katana flashed forward in a streak of gray. Blood sprayed in a gush of crimson as three heads flew from their necks.

"This stuff is not worth my ti," Levi sneered.

His points climbed up steadily, easily overshadowing the others.

Far outside the crack, in a place where space trembled and ti seed to freeze, several beings stood imposingly, their eyes devoid of any emotion or expression.

Before them were thousands of screens that displayed each student clearly. 10 screens stood out the most as they were the largest. They displayed the top ten students.

"Chron, you must be very proud of your son now," a dragon said, walking closer to him with calm and asured steps.

"He carries my blood. Why are you surprised?" Chron replied shalessly with a wide smile.

After joking with the dragon for so ti, he lifted his head.

"Huh?" he muttered with furrowed brows as he saw a being with white feathery wings looking at his son’s screen.

"Hey, Urielle, why are you staring at my son?" Chron asked the angel.

"I was just wondering, if we had married, could we have had a child like this?" she said, turning her gaze to Chron with a flirtatious smile.

Her eyes were pink, and her green hair went down her back. Her golden dress was designed elegantly, stopping just above her knees.

"Keep dreaming, who the fuck is going to marry you?" Chron asked, shifting his gaze away from her.

"I would have, but she keeps refusing," the earlier dragon said, a palm on his face.

Both Chron and Urielle looked at the dragon.

"You bought the rights to a crack just to house your concubines, Maxim. Why would I ever consider you?" Urielle asked, a smile on her face.

Maxim, not wanting her to have the upper hand, quickly interjected. "I can always leave them for you."

A silent smile escaped Chron’s lips as those statents were made. Even Urielle could not help but laugh.

"We attended the academy together for 4 years, trained in the Astra plane together for 10 years, and fought together on the battlefield for 500 years. I have heard you say those exact words to approximately 3 million girls," Uriel said, her voice slightly low, like she was disappointed.

"I can’t be blad for being this handso," Maxim said.

"Quiet," a voice tore through the room, stopping the chattering of the powerhouses, including the Chron’s friends.

The person who spoke was Henry, a human and the principal of the academy.

"The main event is about to start," he said with a smile.

The other powerhouses in the room heaved a huge sigh.

The main event was designed for the top ten. They would be transported to the special plane that housed the ten bosses of the crack.

If a student died in the main event, they will not be replaced. That ant that if there were only 7 survivors, only 7 people would make it to the elite class.

Chron’s expression tensed up as he heard. Although he did not doubt Levi’s abilities, he still couldn’t help but feel fear.

Henry snapped his fingers, and the other screen disappeared.

The ten screens grew bigger and occupied all the space.

The ten students had various expressions in their eyes as they felt a pull.

Before they could react, they were dragged into an unknown place.

As they felt their bodies get released, each of them was in front of a door.

The door stood imposingly, crimson with the image of a skull pierced with a sword.

Levi looked at it gently; his thoughts were calculated, thanks to his multiple compartnts.

"This is probably a secret test, but is it for just or certain people who et a requirent?" Levi asked, his hand stroking his chin.

"That is not my stress, I should just defeat whatever is behind that door and leave," he said, resting both palms on the door.

With a push, the door swung open.

Similarly, other contestants were having the sa thought.

The room was dark, with the thick sll of blood clinging to the air.

Shattered bones decorated the floor like tiles, and skulls hung around like flowers.

The ceiling was made of mangled corpses skewered to sharp sticks.

"This place stinks," Levi muttered. As he spoke, nanites stitched together, forming a mask on his nose.

"Much better, or what do you think?" He said, looking at the being that sat on a throne, eyes looking at Levi with ecstasy.
