Selene stood calmly beside Levi, her poise elegant and graceful as she stared at the demons.

"Why did you co too?" Levi asked her.

"Can you handle the 3 of them alone?" She asked with a smug tone, her hand removing the cork on the potion. With a single gulp, she downed its contents.

"Why don’t you leave them to and see for yourself," Levi replied with a smile.

Selene just shrugged at his response. "Take those two; that one is mine," she pointed at one of the demons.

"Fine by ," Levi muttered.

As if agreeing, two demons jumped away with Levi, leaving Selene and one other demon.

"Let’s see," Selene said with a bright smile. "How should I kill you?"

As she spoke, a katana materialised in her hand from her storage ring.

The katana was sleek and black, with depictions of dragons around its edges.

’I don’t know why it chooses to remain silent, but it is none of my business,’ she thought.

The floor cracked, and tremors swept past the arena as she moved.

In an instant, Selene reached the demon, her katana descending in an elegant but brutal arc.

The demon moved instantaneously, sidestepping swiftly.

Selene’s katana hit the floor, splitting it cleanly in half.

She raised her head to look at the demon, only to be t with a kick to the chest.

Gently, she deflected it with the hilt of her katana, but the force pushed her back. The demon continued its assault, a hamr appearing in its hand.

It moved, swinging its hamr with force. Selene’s brow furrowed as she shifted. The hamr ca down, but she was no longer there. The demon’s sense blared danger.

It turned back, but it was too late. Selene’s katana struck, cleaving through its shoulder like butter against a hot knife.

An arm fell to the floor with a loud thud.

"You are quite agile," Selene comnted with a smirk. Her strike had been aid to kill the demon, but it had managed to dodge it in that short span of ti.

The demon’s other hand moved subtly, but visibly.

Selene got ready to avoid whatever attack it was planning, but it never ca. Her eyes furrowed in confusion, then it ca.

A terrifying force crashed on her. Her gaze shifted. It moved from calm and calculated to grit and pressure.

The demon lunged with full strength, its other hand gripping the hamr tightly.

It swung, but was t with surprise. A cut appeared on its arm, shallow but unmistakable.

Selene disappeared from view, appearing a few ters away. Without warning, she charged, her katana glistening lightly under the illumination of the sun.

The demon t her head on, hamr raised to intercept. They clashed, sending a sharp gust of wind that shattered everything around them.

Selene’s katana moved with grace and elegance. The demon attacked with force and strength that threatened to consu Selene whole.

They clashed, each attack creating massive craters beneath them. In less than a breath, they exchanged over a hundred attacks.

Selene swung horizontally, but the demon bent, dodging it. Its hamr ca up imdiately. Selene jumped back, avoiding it, then launched like a bullet, her katana descending as a follow-up.

Hamr struck, the katana changing course forcefully. Selene’s form staggered as the impact sent a bone-rattling shock across her muscles.

The demon, using the temporary waver in Selene, buried its legs into her chest, sending her flying till she crashed against a building.

Blood seeped out of her mouth slowly. Her eyes were blood red as she stared at the demon. ’Holding back can not take anywhere; it has a higher tier than ,’ she reflected, rising from the floor slowly. She took her katana, her fingers curling around the hilt as she readied herself.

A single slash. She carved a clean arc of starlight that lunged at the demon at an insane speed.

To the normal eyes, the arc only left after images, but to the eyes of this grandmaster, it was only a fast attack.

Calmly, it dodged the attack.

Then looked back at Selene. Its senses scread danger; everything in it told it to flee. But nothing. Nothing appeared that it disbelieved its own senses.

Then it arrived. Its body was torn into pieces as a single ray of sunlight touched it.

No resistance, not even a chance to see the attack, but it died.

"No soul?" Selene wondered aloud.

She found it unsettling that there were no souls in the demon. Although demons were unlike people of the real universe, they had souls.

"I should check on him; he might have trouble handling those two alone," her thought left the soulless demon and wandered towards Levi.

With a thought, she was no longer there.

While Selene was busy fighting the demon, Levi was also engaged with two demons.

"If you want to hit , you have to do better," he mocked as he slid past a demon, dodging a dagger aid at his throat in the sa motion.

The demons stared at him like he was a monster. They had been fighting for over 3 minutes, but not a single blow had touched Levi. He weaved seamlessly through every strike.

"Okay, playti’s over," they heard the voice, like thunder mixed with killing intent. A chill went down their spines as they gulped.

In a flash, Levi moved. No enhancent or elent, just pure fists.

He collided with a demon. The floor shook violently, then, in a blast, erupted. They soared into the sky, unconcerned by the damage their attack had caused.

The demon’s fist t with each of Levi’s in rapid exchanges. Levi stopped, leaning backward fluidly, avoiding the other demon’s strike at his throat.

"I am coming, don’t think I forgot you," he said, his leg shooting forward in a streak of black. The kick sent the demon plumting down in an earth-shattering quake.

The other demon did not waste the chance. Its hand darted forward, attempting to destroy Levi’s head with a blow.

Levi caught his hand with ease and planted his fist in the demon’s stomach.

Spit mixed with blood flew out from its mouth. The demon’s eyes widened from pain as it fell to the floor.

"If you want to kill , you have to do better," Levi smirked.
