[468th Return!]

.

I woke up again.

On the sa couch as before.

My eyes looked at the ceiling for a few seconds as I recalled everything that I have seen about Laplace. My eyes questioned everything that I have seen up until now. All the information that I have collected, hoping to end Laplace and the True Ancient Giants. The plan was near perfect as I had already reached a conclusion. Just a bit more effort and everything would have been fine.

Yet again, I decided not to.

"I can't kill him. He has lost too much… " I muttered as I attracted Geralt and Aisha's attention. They looked at with a deep look with cautious expressions on their face. I rember that this was the ti where I was going to find that artifact and also promised to find a way to cure that kid.

Perhaps they were thinking that I was talking about that kid? I don't know. I don't really care about that right now.

"… but how am I going to save him? For soone who has lost everything, how am I going to give him sothing that would let save him? A purpose? That would be laughable…" I mumbled as I slowly stood up and then began walking outside the castle.

"Sir Josh?" Aisha called out by my fake identity, as she looked at with a question filled gaze. Geralt, who had his sword pointed at cautiously, also cald down, wondering what I was talking about. Though I didn't turn around as I activated one of my skills,

[One way out!]

[Agility Boosted!]

And then with my increased speed, I walked outside the castle. In a world that was seemingly frozen, I reached the beach, slowly walking, one step at a ti. With a mind that was trying to think a hundred ways to save Laplace, it was strangely empty.

I wanted to think about what I should do, but the more I tried, the more I realized it was nearly impossible. Whether it was those demons or those humans, their faces resurfaced in my mind, making my blood boil again before I had to calm myself down.

'Those Gods… sigh…' I cooled down my mind before I took out sothing from my pocket. An artifact in the shape of a stone.

I looked at that green stone in my possession that allowed to et Quiena but then I put it back in my inventory space. For the first ti in a while, I hit a wall.

I closed my eyes, as I slowly sat on the sand before falling on my back with my eyes facing the sky. The water waves reached upto my feets before washing away, while I looked at the bright blue sky with white clouds flowing. It seed rather peaceful.

Then my eyes turned at the last notification of the system that was still present on the interface.

[Ending Completion Reward: Unique Skill of Laplace: Dinsional Portal!]

[Unique Skills!]

[Skill: Dinsional Portal

Grade: Origin

Description: A skill that redefines reality, creating a space between any two places where the user has once stepped or been. As long as the user has a clear mory of that place, he can travel there by opening a portal without any disturbances. A skill that shouldn't exist but still does. It was the last wish of Laplace's mother to Laplace.

Effects:

-Allows the user to create a dinsional connection between any two places where the user has been without any restrictions!

Limit: Only one such portal can exist once at a ti!

Remarks: A gift at the cost of a soul! A power to connect the entire world together!]

I looked at that skill once again, before I sighed. It was a cheat skill, I guess this was the one with which Laplace opened the portal, huh? It sure will co handy later on.

Then I sat back up.

"All right. Let's start from the beginning again. Where did it all start? What was the initiator of this whole thing," I spoke as I reignited my hope. Giving up is a luxury I can't afford. Even if there was no way, I am going to create one.

"From the point where the war started… no… from the point where the Angel descended. Or even before that? Why did the Gods attack the Angel's place? Hmmm… let's go even before that. Why was the reason they killed Laplace's wife and banished him?" I began thinking again. Everything about the city and the other Fate Weavers involved was already in my control.

Even the war was even in my control.

Though that wasn't enough… if I need to save everyone present, I need to understand everything without a single stone unturned. Whether it was the Gods, the Fate Weavers or even the True Giants… I need to understand everything one by one.

"Should I… kill all the Higher Gods first?" I thought I could find sothing from the heavens but then that would be too ti consuming and might not even give enough information. Not sothing that I would want right now.

I closed my eyes for a few monts as I cleared my mind once more, before opening them again.

Plus. I don't think that Angel would let do that either. Despite stranding away from heaven, it's not like she hates that place. It's her hotown as well. It was a dilemma. If not this way then…

"Then I have to find soone who actually can tell everything about Laplace," I mumbled as I got my starting point once again. Even though I knew a lot about Laplace, I feel like there is a lot that the system didn't show . All I saw was how he suffered in his life. Most of his happy monts were skipped.

'The system was only showing his life according to the [Bad Ending]. Perhaps, there is a [Good ending] as well? And I am guessing that it's the sa for other Fate Weavers as well?'

The more I thought about it, the more it made sense.

Though once again back to the main topic, if I wanted to save Laplace I need to find more information about him.

And if I were to guess correctly, there were only two people who knew more about it than anyone else.

The Son of Laplace and The First Fate Weaver.
