This naturally prompted the Patriarch of the family, Mulligan, to agree with Alfred and place a guarding Rune Seal on Eunid’s body.
After all, most of the other geniuses and heirs to their families had one or two, depending on what they bodies could carry.
Imdiately, a rune was placed on Eunid’s back, which in turn led to this eting.
Alfred had been to war, and had seen the corrupt side of the human nature. As far as he was concerned, there was no man under the sun that was innocent, even if their patron god shat innocence from the heaven above.

Of course, Mulligan would not agree, and would try to hide his son. This would lead to a civil war between the two families. As things stand, the Temperance family cannot afford a war with any of the Virtues families of the Holy Church.

This would not be the end of it. But then, Eunid would see the deaths caused in his na. After all, he was one that was emotional and loved his family a lot.
When Arid had died, he had even cried and still hated himself for it and had been training hard ever since then, so that it such a situation were to happen again, he would be able to win without killing.
Moved by emotion, Eunid will give himself up to the Chasity family in secret. Which was the most honorable and certain thing that he would.
Eunid had fathered no children and was even too young to. This ant that the heir to the the family seat as patriarch, will fall to Alfred.
Even now, Alfred could already envision his arse on that warm seat, ruling over the the enter family. To have that much power and control, all to do as he wished to. And the best part of it was that he would then have Nora and the gifts that she had to himself. He could use her body to cultivate the family fire, and then use her body to cultivate his own power.
And then his na would go down in history as the Patriarch that had saved the family when it was on the brink of fall.
Just the thought of such honor attached to his na made him feel very ecstatic.
However, when he walked over, parting the gathering of people to see what was going on, he could not help but freeze in shock. After all, the person that had killed Apollo was not Eunid, rather, it was Nora.
Besides, the assault on Eunid was beyond obvious.

Even her head was not enough punishnt for the cri.
But here laid the problem. If Nora were to die, all his dreams would go down the drain. After all, he knew the value of her cultivation body.
