Chiron shook his head as he walked forward, passing through the holographic image of the three-headed Orc. "I’ll get what I want," he stated.
The three heads could only look at him and sigh, knowing that he could not be stopped. After all, it was obvious that they were just trying to waste his ti, not wanting him to enter the room.
As Chiron stepped into the next room, he was imdiately struck by how different it was from the outside world.
The atmosphere was thick with different energy that seed to divide the room into two distinct halves. On one side, everything glowed with a golden, spiritual light, emanating warmth and a sense of peaceful lust, as if calling to one’s soul to flirt and entangle.
This side was suffused with golden spiritual energy, giving it an almost ethereal quality. The walls shimred as if made of sunlight, and the air itself felt lighter, as though filled with a very thin trace of divinity. Naturally, this was the side that was the core of the previous Gold rank cultivator’s soul.
In stark contrast, the other half of the room was cloaked in dark, demonic energy.
This side radiated a sinister, oppressive aura, with shadows that seed to writhe and twist of their own accord. The darkness was deep and all-consuming, pulling at Chiron’s very soul. The walls here were jagged and rough, as if carved from the very essence of malevolence, and the air was cloudy and suffocating, filled with an ominous, heavy presence.
At the exact center of this divide, where the two energies t but did not mix, were two glowing orbs. The golden orb on the spiritual side pulsed with a steady, comforting but lustful light, its brilliance radiating outward in waves of tranquility.
On the demonic side, the red orb glowed with a nacing intensity, its light flickering and throbbing like a heartbeat. Each pulse seed to emit a whisper, faint and haunting, calling out from the darkness. The whispers were barely audible, like the susurrus of a distant storm, but they were unmistakable, their eerie, seductive tones wrapping around Chiron’s mind.
The mont he entered, an oppressive energy surged over him, forcing him to his knees. The sheer weight of the combined spiritual and demonic forces pressed down on him, making it hard to breathe. Sweat broke out on his forehead as he struggled against the overwhelming power. His heart pounded in his chest, each beat echoing the throbbing light of the red orb.
Chiron could hear the faint calling whispers from the dark side, originating from the red orb in the center.
The voices were insidious, promising power and strength, tempting him with the allure of the demonic energy. The golden orb, anwhile, seed to emanate a silent call to earthly lust. Nothing else, but simple unbridled lust.
In chiron’s honest opinion, none was better than the other.
