He was young man, around the age of twelve. he had a dignified bearing about him and his dressing was impeccable with his hair pald from the middle to either sides of his Jet back hair.
On his fine polished black Tunic were two symbols one on the right, the cross and symbol of the Holy Church, and on the left was the Upside down sword covered in drops of blood, the symbolic crest of the Holy Church’s Seven Virtue’s family of Diligence.
Beside him was his butler, and old man with hair grey, and a humble expression, that had served the family of diligence all his life.
The young man was nad Eunid, the only son and heir to the virtues family.
He was only twelve years old, but the look in his eyes was one of intelligence, easily observable not just in his temperant but also how he handled matters.
Then again, such was expected of a young man that had been forced to rule his house as a result of his father’s terrible illness. Considering that Family feuds concerning succession were never a pretty thing, it was already a miracle that he had not died by drinking poison at a family eting or at least by an assassin in the night.
But of course, it was all as a result of the old butler by his side. He had served the family for so long by a particular na as a result of his incredible reputation that no one even rembered his na any more.

However, Eunid only rolled his eyes at the old man. "You worry too much old Fang. Like I said, I saw a vision last night from the goddess Diligence, she told to co here and the answers to our family problems hides within this place. Eunid spoke with incredible enthusiasm.

Of course, there was more news. After all, the Holy church cupped the news as best and imdiate as possible. After all, at that ti, the Diligence Family had a lot of power.
However, that power that they were so proud of, that made them stand above the other families have waned significantly.
Firstly, ever since that rumor, none of their Divinations have revealed any guidance or blessing by the goddess.
As a result, the Family had in general lost a lot of favors from the Holy Church and other virtue families.
It was so bad that the only reason they had not been casted away a long ti ago was because of the military power and accumulated years of resources that the family had.
These were resources that were very valuable, enough for them to wage war and although they would not win, they could still hurt the church badly.
Considering the fact that Holy Church, a proud mber of the Round table that ruled the world had too many enemies, it was best to keep such muscle under their thumb.
Of Course, there was also the fact that the newest mbers to joining the Holy Church about a Thousand years ago after the war with the elves, which were the Magic users had a favorable impression of the Diligence family. After all, they had supported them in those dark tis.
Having the backing of Magic users, a group of people whose power origin was unknown was a great source of help.
There were many that stated that the goddess Diligence was dead and that was why the family was now suffering so much.
After all, they were now a family whose clerics and priests had no power whatsoever. They were left with borrowing from other Virtue Families for huge sum of money.
It was almost as if the other families had planned to use any thod available to suppress them. They were other aspects that suffered too. After all, without the blessing of their goddess, they were bound to suffer terribly. This was true even when it ca to cultivation.
