Barbara looked like a ss, with parts of her body burnt off, but what was more peculiar was the fact that in her hands, she pulled along two people.
Both of whom were won, and both of whom were considered to be of great importance to Igbi.
Fanga saw this and frowned.
Barbara walked forward, "Igbi! you son of a bitch, I know its you. From the very beginning, I could sense that you were like , ever hungry for power!"
As she said this, she spat to the side so blood.
Apparently, her injuries were not just external both also internal. However, she had still made her way forward.
"Impressive, you actually survived that blast from Mani. And here I was, thinking maybe you were already dead." After saying this, Fanga removed the face on his face, revealing his face as Igbi.

"It was easy. At first, i must say, I did let my guard down. But then, when we fought against the soldiers that tornted that Orange aura village, I had given you the Mirror egg. Of which you had activated flawlessly."
"And what does that prove?" Igbi asked back still frowning.
Barbara chuckled, "That mirror egg is an artefact from the Holy church itself. Its ability is to drain divine energy. However, it has a rather stupid requirent for activation. only one that has dual control of energies can use it."
On saying this, Igbi frowned even more. This was a loop Hole that he did not think about.
It suddenly made sense why Barbara had insisted that he and Mani be her guards even though they were ordinary Copper ranked cultivators, and were little to no use against a threat that would co for Barbara. In fact, most of the ti, she was the one doing the protecting, and them just following along.
Barbara’s plan was simply to keep all of them close to herself. Where she could reach them and use them at will.
"You twat! You were supposed to aid Mani, so that the Mirror egg could drink more Divine energy for , but you dodged that one. However..." her smile got wider.
"I had already had my contingence plan sorted out even before we left for war." On saying this, she waved her sword and with a quick WUSH sound, Igbi’s Grand mother lost a leg.
"AHHHH!!!" the old woman cried in her pain as she rolled on the ground, "Igbi! Igbi!! save ..."
"NO!!!" Igbi scread, "please, don’t! Don’t hurt them. I’ll do anything, just please don’t hurt them."
Barbara gave a knowing smile, "of course, I am not crazy. i know how important they are to you. You know, I even have word that your wife is already with child for you."
Those words made igbi visibly panic and he wanted to step forward, but he stopped himself for fear of Barbara’s sword that got too close.
"please, don’t hurt them! Please, I beg of you."
Barbara’s smile got wider. she had really gotten Igbi’s weak point.
"Now, pass the Mirror egg, and that Broad sword of yours. the one that you got from the hidden sage. give them both to , or your family kisses the edge of my blade."
Those words made Igbi panic a bit, and he contemplated doing it. Barbara saw this, and placed the edge of her sword on Claudia’s stomach for extra convincing.
"Wait! Wait!! I’ll do it. i’ll give it all to you. But you have to promise that you will do it. you will keep your word." Igbi pleaded.
"Of course, we can even sign a contract on this." On saying this, she bit her hand and drop of blood fell to the ground, instantly forming words.
This was the thod by which they signed contracts in the Aura tribe.
Igbi nodded and did the sa.
Both blood, infused with the will and aura of the parties involved, moved on their own and rged to ford a thin sheet of paper that suddenly tore itself and entered into the heads of both parties.
Igbi imdiately put his hands into his clothes and bought out the Mirror egg and the sword.
He placed them both on the ground.
Barbara suddenly blasted him back with her bronze rank energy. And then she walked forward and picked the mirror egg.
As she did, the preistess on the ground looked to her with pleading eyes for help, but Barbara could not be bothered with that.
She picked the egg and the sword up. As She did this, she chuckled widely.
After all, she had won.
She suddenly turned to Igbi who had pulled his wife and grandmother to his side.
"You fool. You don’t know what you have just given up. This here is a great source of power. All this while, in every battle against the Vandorian army, it has been feeding, and feeding, eating the divine energy in the vandorian soldiers only to convert it all and give it to !"
On saying this, she dropped so of her blood on the mirror Egg and it instantly shone brightly.
The white light that ca from it all rushed into Barbara’s body.
As it did, she laughed widely and proudly. After all, she could already feel her cultivation rise. With the amount of Divine energy that the Mirror egg had absorbed, she could directly break through to the peak of the Silver rank.
At that stage even the Zodiac families would have to take note of her.
At least, that was what she thought.
All of a sudden, she heard loud laughter, and when Barbara turned to the source of the laughter, she was surprised to see that it was actually Igbi...
