"This is huge." The realization sent a shiver down Liam's spine, his fingers tightening around the vial. His mind raced with possibilities, his pulse hamring with excitent. But that rush of adrenaline quickly turned into a heavy weight in his chest as a chilling thought crept into his mind.

The Elental King.

That monstrous being was now hunting him. One more powerhouse was now after him.

The sheer magnitude of what he had done hit him like a big ass truck. He had stolen from a creature born purely out of Dao, a force that transcended ordinary existence. The Elental King wasn't just strong—he was a walking embodint of laws and power, the kind of existence that Liam wasn't even sure he could reach in his lifeti.

Would he ever reach that level?

That doubt gnawed at him, but Liam forced himself to push it aside. It was pointless to dwell on what he didn't have.

What he did have was an absolute cheat.

He glanced at his inventory and exhaled deeply.

The Stone Tablet - a relic that held mysteries far beyond his current comprehension. The Mysterious Cauldron - a powerful alchemical artifact that had transcended its limits and beco a being beyond his understanding.

And now, this green liquid - a catalyst so powerful it could elevate his craft to a level no ordinary alchemist could dream of.

If all of this wasn't enough to skyrocket his Alchemy Dao, then he didn't know what was.

But there was one thing he still lacked.

Alchemical Knowledge.

Liam clenched his fists. For a while now, especially after he had started digesting the mory fragnts of the two Transcendent alchemists he had claid, he had co to a humbling realization—his so-called Grandmaster title was laughable in comparison.

It was as if he had cheated his way into the rank.

Compared to those two geniuses, he was a re beginner, a child dabbling in an art he barely understood. His foundation was shaky, his comprehension incomplete. He had been making do with raw talent, instinct, and sheer force of will, but that wouldn't be enough anymore.

Now that he possessed three divine—or possibly celestial—tier treasures, the next step in his journey was clear.

He needed to master alchemy.

True mastery. Not just techniques but understanding.

And from the mory fragnts he had stolen, he knew exactly where to go to gain that knowledge.

There existed a place, a hidden Alchemist Sanctuary, where true prodigies and masters of the craft honed their skills. If he could make it there, he could fill the gaps in his fundantals, refine his techniques, and perhaps most importantly, develop a thod to break through to the Transcendent Realm with his multiple Daos.

That was the real goal.

Liam's head ached from thinking about it. He needed to break through yesterday.

Ti was running out.

It wasn't just about him anymore.

Mia. Derek. He had finally stumbled upon breadcrumbs that could lead him to both of them. The weight of his responsibility pressed on his shoulders, urgency fueling his every thought. If he wasted ti, if he hesitated, he could lose his chance to bring them back.

That wasn't an option.

His gaze turned ice-cold as he finally shifted his focus to the prisoner trapped within his cauldron.

A slow smirk played on Liam's lips.

He still had work to do. He raised his hand to touch the cauldron tattoo on his chest. "Senior, is it possible for to talk to that guy?"

For a minute, there was no response, but suddenly, Liam felt a warmth spread on his chest. A voice sounded in his mind. "I have sensed your intent. You have decided on the path to further your Alchemy Dao. As a reward for your intent, I will allow you to interact with the prisoner as you please."

Liam was pleasantly surprised. He did not think the man would agree so easily. This was his chance. This guy was his key to finding out everything about the ga world and where Mia was at the mont. This guy was the key to finding out every single detail about the divine high priestess.

The enmity between him and that woman was sothing that couldn't be erased. Only one of them can live and he was determined to be that person.

Liam's smirk deepened as he felt the warmth fade from his chest, signaling that the cauldron had granted him access. This was huge. The prisoner inside the cauldron wasn't just so random captive—he was a living treasure trove of information.

And Liam intended to wring every last secret out of him.

Taking a deep breath, he placed his hand over the cauldron's surface and willed it to establish a connection. Instantly, the temperature in the room shifted, a subtle pull of energy washing over him as his consciousness was drawn into the cauldron's internal space.

The mont his vision adjusted, he found himself standing in a dark, misty void. The air crackled with suppressed power, and in the distance, a silhouette of a man sat cross-legged on a floating stone platform. His body was wrapped in chains made of pure Dao energy.

Liam walked forward slowly, studying the figure. His once majestic robes were now tattered, his armor and items strewn about like trash, his long, golden hair flowing in the non-existent wind, but his posture remained regal, as if imprisonnt was nothing more than an inconvenience to him.

Golden eyes flickered open, sharp and piercing, locking onto Liam with an intensity that could shatter mountains.

Liam's face twitched. This guy was in such a high spirit for soone being held captive. He first needed to do sothing about it. He was definitely not pleased with the holier-than-thou smug look on his face.

As soon as the thought crossed his mind, the environnt around him responded. The air suddenly beca colder, and swirls of nether started appearing all around him. The next instant, the comfortable look on the paladin's face started to change as the chains wrapped around him tightened, rather violently.
