Trevor looked at him with puppy eyes while saring butter on a slice of bread. All of their stomachs rumbled as they saw the piece of bread.
"W-well we do need to eat sothing before we go further... right everyone?"
Nyssa asked while drooling at the sight of the beef jerky being placed on the sandwich. She looked at the rest of the party to get so validation.
She received validation as everyone nodded in agreent at the sight of the al being prepared in front of them.

A skinny humanoid creature walked towards him, his scales shimred in the hot sun and the long tongue slithered across its face.
Behind it stood his underlings riding enormous snakes, towering over Gloppy and the Climbers.
Around them, a sea of Lizardn corpses and Climbers that had already fallen.
"Don’t move another step!"
Gloppy shouted while pulling out his cutlass, but that only got a chuckle out of the monster in front of him.
"You think you can ssstand a chance againsst usss?"

Even though they all had been fighting for over an hour by now, their leader had barely been scratched, and the worst part was, that it wasn’t even a mini-boss.
"What should we do Mister Leo’s summon?"
An injured Climber ca over to him, a sword tightly gripped in his hand as he coughed up blood.
His wound looked way too serious for him to just ignore it as he sighed and looked toward the three gems who had grouped up with him.
"Sapphire, can you go and treat that man? Everyone else around as well, prioritize the most injured ones first."
That request got a chuckle from the lizard in front of him who had co even closer, now only a few ters away from Gloppy.
"You think that I, Prince Heinsss will allow you to do that?"
He kicked the corpse of a nearby Climber while laughing at the sli.
"We are monstersss, thossse thingss are below uss."
A murderous aura emitted from the Warlord as he took his cutlass and took the stance to fight.
"I am The Sli Overlord and Warlord of the summoner Leo Astralis, and in his na, I will avenge those people."

In an instant he cast 3 skills, disorienting the army of Lizardn as their own felt strength fill their bodies.
Behind them, the flagship of his fleet ca out from thin air and sailed towards their army filled to the brim with summons.

With his attributes boosted from all of those sources, he was a tiny bit stronger than the Lizardn behind Heins, which led to their morale dropping.
The Prince watched in anger as his subjects beca anxious at the sight of the tiny sli in front of them.
"What are you ssscared of? It’s jusst a re ssli, kill him right thiss insstant unlesss you want your familiesss to die!"
His glare forced them to move, not out of their devotion to him or the king though, but out of fear of losing their close ones.
Gloppy jumped onto the Slimy Pearl and steered it to turn in such a way that its side would face their enemies.
"Look at them! They are trying to run away, there isss nothing to be ssso sscared of you a bunch of good for not....!"
An explosion stopped his sentence as a barrage of cannonballs began to turn their armies into Swiss cheese.
Whatever was left of their morale had disappeared as their numbers dwindled.
"Retreat! We need to regroup!"
Heins shouted as they went back into the gate. On his way there he pushed aside anyone he could just to get to safety faster.
"Should we chase them..."
Sapphire asked Gloppy while treating the injured Climbers.
"Of course, we should! How dare they ss with us!"
Ruby yelled while chasing the remaining few who were unfortunate enough to not make it through the gate fast enough.
"Well... we for sure can’t let them co back to their den... Ruby we are going in, Erald and Sapphire you are staying behind to save the Climbers."
He recalled the Slimy Pearl, knowing that it wouldn’t fit inside what was on the other side.
"And try to leave so Summoner Slot for Leo."

Nyssa inquired about the state of the sli group since they were a major powerhouse in Leo’s arsenal, especially with over half of the Summoner Slots being allocated to them right now.

Leo made a slow spinning motion with his hand encouraging the girl to continue his sentence.
She pondered and pondered, deeply thinking what it could an before hitting the palm of her hand with a fist and looking at him with her mouth wide open.
"Then we won’t need to worry about the monsters in their place!"
Alia and Trevor sighed with relief. This amount of adventuring in just one day was way too much for them.
"How are you such a low level for the amount of Climbing and fighting you do?"
Trevor pondered, it felt weird to him that he and Alia were higher level than Leo and Nyssa.
"Well, you could say we started fairly recently..."
The summoner was trying to deflect the question as it would be rather hard to explain that the skills this old man had honed for the past few years were close to being surpassed in a matter of weeks.
"Ghuys, you should fochus on the mishion right now!"
Alia was angry, the humid weather and constant fights weren’t doing her ntal state any good, but the worst part was the contact with n, her head was still spinning from spending too much ti with the rotter tribe.
Suddenly soone shouted.
