Ethan activated the blueprint enhancent without hesitation. Resources flowed from his reserves into the magical docunt, its surface glowing as enhanced specifications materialised.

[Residential Blueprint - Tier 2]

[Maximum Capacity: 0/2]

[Enhanced durability and comfort features unlocked]

Double capacity. Much better.

The upgraded blueprint now supported two residential structures instead of one. Each building could house multiple subjects while providing improved living conditions that would boost morale and loyalty.

Ti to put Jacoub to work.

"Jacoub," Ethan called out, approaching the architect who was sketching foundation layouts in the sand. "I want you to start production of residential buildings."

The architect’s eyes brightened imdiately, his D-Grade talent practically vibrating with anticipation. Professional purpose drove n like Jacoub more effectively than any monetary reward.

"Excellent, my Lord! I’ve been analyzing optimal placent for—"

"Lord," Jacoub interrupted himself, uncertainty creeping into his expression. "I need workers for the building. I can’t construct it alone."

Of course. Even magical blueprints require manual labor.

"No problem. Follow ."

Ethan walked toward the Gate of Summoning, its Tier 2 enhancent gleaming in the desert sun. The daily refresh had occurred exactly at midnight, resetting his summoning capacity to eight new subjects.

Perfect timing.

The runic patterns carved into the gate’s archway pulsed with contained energy, responding to his approach. Jacoub followed closely, his architectural mind already calculating labor requirents and construction tilines.

Ethan pressed the summoning activation without ceremony.

Let’s see what today brings.

The Gate blazed with white radiance, energy cascading through enhanced magical circuits. Light intensified until it beca almost blinding, forcing both n to shield their eyes against the brilliant display.

Eight figures materialized within the archway, their forms solidifying as the magical energy dissipated. They stepped forward in unison, imdiately dropping to one knee in practiced submission.

"Greetings, my Lord!"

Another strong group.

Seven warriors erged first—their equipnt and postures suggesting combat experience similar to Jack’s original team. Peak-Bronze rankings across the board, judging by their confident bearing and well-maintained weapons.

But the eighth figure drew Ethan’s imdiate attention.

A chef. Finally.

The man wore practical cooking attire marked with various stains that spoke of extensive kitchen experience. A leather apron hung across his broad chest, while various utensils clinked softly at his belt.

[Subject: Ramsay]

[Profession: Chef]

[Rank: High-Bronze]

[Talent: Culinary Mastery (E )]

[Loyalty: 62]

Not bad. The food was getting quite bland—good to have a chef.

Ramsay’s talent rating impressed him. E Grade culinary skills would transform their basic survival als into proper cuisine. Morale improvents from better food couldn’t be underestimated in territorial managent.

Quality of life matters for long-term loyalty.

The new warriors stood at attention, awaiting orders with the disciplined patience of experienced soldiers. Their addition would bring his total military force to impressive numbers.

Ethan turned to Jacoub, gesturing toward the fresh arrivals. "How many do you need?"

"The more, the quicker we can finish," the architect replied imdiately. "With proper labor support, I can complete both residential structures within a day or two."

Efficient construction tilines. Excellent.

Ethan nodded before addressing his new subjects directly. "Rise. Welco to the territory."

The eight figures stood in unison, their eyes tracking his movents with professional attention.

"Seven of you will be assigned to construction duties under Architect Jacoub’s direction. Follow his orders as you would mine." His gaze swept across warrior faces. "This is not punishnt—it’s essential territorial developnt."

Make sure they understand the importance.

"Ramsay," he continued, focusing on the chef. "You’ll establish proper kitchen facilities and upgrade our al quality. Coordinate with Elena regarding food supplies and dietary requirents."

The chef’s face lit up with enthusiasm. "Yes, my Lord! I’ll have proper als prepared within hours."

Motivation through purposeful work.

Jacoub stepped forward, already organizing his construction teams. "My Lord, with this workforce, I can begin foundation work imdiately."

Progress accelerating rapidly.

Ethan felt satisfaction warming his chest as systematic developnt replaced desperate survival. Proper housing, quality food, organized military structure—the foundations of sustainable territorial power.

Ti to check on operations.

Ethan made his way toward the spawn point, desert sand crunching beneath his feet. The systematic elimination had been running for twenty-four hours now—long enough to identify any potential issues in their rotation system.

The sounds of combat reached him before the site ca into view. Steel against chitin. Coordinated shouts.

Jack’s team held the current rotation, their formation a masterpiece of tactical efficiency. Two warriors flanked the burrow entrance while archers provided elevated support from nearby rocks. The remaining warrior served as mobile support, ready to assist wherever pressure mounted.

Three scorpions erged right on schedule.

Clockwork precision.

"Elena, target the left crawler!" Jack’s sword swept in an arc, parrying massive claws that would have sheared through lesser armour.

"Focus on the centre beast!"

Arrows whistled through desert air, finding gaps in chitinous plates with accuracy. The Enhanced Quiver’s magic arrows punched through bronze-rank defenses like they were paper.

The leftmost scorpion collapsed first, Elena’s arrow piercing its brain through an eye socket. The center beast followed seconds later as Marcus’s shot severed vital arteries.

Jack’s opponent proved more challenging—a larger specin with reinforced claws and aggressive tactics. But experience told. His sword work was economical, precise. No wasted movent.

No unnecessary risks.

CRACK!

The final scorpion’s carapace split under Jack’s finishing strike. Black ichor pooled in the sand as the creature’s death throes subsided.

"Clean sweep," Jack announced, wiping his blade. "Rotation holding steady."

Excellent coordination.

Ethan approached the group. "Any changes in spawn patterns?"

"None, my Lord," Marcus replied. "Three per hour, exactly as calculated. No variations in timing or creature types."

Predictable enemies are exploitable enemies.

"Good work. Continue current operations."

He turned toward the scouting team preparing for their afternoon patrol.

"Report on the jungle sector."

The lead scout stepped forward. "No changes, my Lord. The bio transition remains exactly as observed yesterday."

"So there aren’t any signs of movent within the jungle itself?"

"Yes. We’ve maintained safe observation distances as ordered, but detected no territorial markers or hostile activity."

Either empty or very well hidden.
