The vampire woman stared into space, wondering what she would do next. As for Joanne, she looked at Iris with hatred. Why was that? I don't know their history, but I don't plan to get involved.

Joanne sounded disappointed when she heard that I was about to leave. Constance was my goal, and now that I had obtained her, there was no reason why I should be here.
