"Thank you. I’m happy that you praised , Sir Edmund," Leonor said.

His attention shifted toward Nisya. Nisya explained that she had already taught Leonor many things.

She also praised Leonor’s ability to understand lessons quickly.

"From now on, my focus is helping Leonor get used to noble culture," Nisya answered while also looking at Leonor.

Choosing Nisya to train Leonor in etiquette had been the right decision.

Edmund was quite impressed by Leonor’s abilities. She could absorb lessons very quickly.

"Are you tired from all the lessons, Leonor?" Edmund asked.

The girl smiled and shook her head. She did not feel tired at all. Instead, she felt excited because she was gaining new knowledge and experience.

Edmund nodded. He asked Nisya to escort Leonor so she could rest. She needed to co during dinner with the Aschwin Family.

That would be the perfect ti to test whether Leonor had successfully applied Nisya’s teachings or not.

Nisya understood and brought Leonor back to her room, while Edmund returned to his own room to change clothes and store his sword.

As ti passed, dinner ti finally arrived. Every mber of the family gathered for dinner. Luxurious and elegant dishes covered the dining table.

Leonor arrived in the dining room and saw the mbers of the Aschwin Family. Oleander already knew about Leonor because Clara had told her.

However, Julian Aschwin was different.

He had been too busy in the Capital lately, so he did not know what had happened in the Archie Territory.

In fact, he had only recently learned that the Demon Kingdom of Mughort’s army had attacked Tuca Village and that a horrifying serial murder case had occurred in Archester City.

Still, his butler explained that Viscount Edmund had successfully handled those problems so they did not affect the economy or the stability of the territory.

Now Julian Aschwin’s eyes were focused on the girl who was younger than Edmund but older than Clara. She wore a beautiful red dress with dark red wavy curly hair.

"Who is she, Edmund?"

"Leonor. She officially beca my adopted younger sister, Father."

"An adopted younger sister? Why didn’t you tell ?" Julian Aschwin asked.

"You were in the Capital handling docunts with the Marquess. I didn’t want to bother you."

"Besides, there’s no real issue with adopting her as my younger sister," Edmund answered.

Edmund turned and gave a small nod, allowing Leonor to step forward and sit beside him at the dining table. Julian still was not used to having a new family mber he did not know.

He turned toward Oleander. The woman smiled and gave a slight nod.

It was as if she was telling Julian not to interfere in matters regarding Leonor and her status as an adopted sister.

"Alright then. Let’s eat."

They nodded and began eating together at the table. Every now and then, Edmund glanced to the side and noticed Leonor looking slightly confused, not because she lacked eating utensils.

She had forgotten to bring her handkerchief and had left it in her room.

Seeing Leonor repeatedly touching the pocket of her red dress made Edmund understand her concern.

He reached into his pants pocket and quietly handed his handkerchief to Leonor.

Leonor was slightly startled before smiling, touched by Edmund’s kindness.

Leonor began demonstrating everything, from preparing herself before eating to proper dining etiquette during the al.

Edmund reacted casually, smiling while continuing to chew his food.

Leonor’s progress was impressive. She had once been a brutal and aggressive woman, typical of demon race won, but now she had transford into an elegant noble lady.

Just as Edmund was eating and observing Leonor, he was suddenly startled by the appearance of a mysterious panel.

The panel appeared without warning, shocking Edmund.

────[Fourth Mission]────

[Objective: Teach Leonor Aschwin basic life skills]

[Reward: 10 Conviction Stats || 10 STR || 10 AGI || 10 CONS || Unlock Vision Status]

[Status: Complete!]

[Bond: Conviction || Energy: 30/100] [ 10]

COUGH!

Julian and the others imdiately looked toward Edmund. They seed worried when Edmund suddenly choked while eating.

Leonor poured water for Edmund. The man drank it and felt relief in his throat.

"What’s wrong with you, Edmund?" Oleander asked.

"It’s nothing," Edmund answered. "I just swallowed too quickly."

I didn’t expect the bond system panel to appear while I was eating.

Even so, Edmund felt lucky and relieved. The fourth mission had been completed successfully much faster than expected.

Leonor already understood basic etiquette and knowledge. It was ti for her to move on to the next mission.

[DING! Congratulations, Host has received additional stat points]

[Basic Attributes:]

[STR: 200 || AGI: 130 || CONS: 100]

[DING! Congratulations, Host has unlocked the Vision Status Skill]

[Desc: An ability that allows the user to view an enemy’s status and use the information as a reference for creating strategies or plans]

Edmund was not too surprised. Before the mission was completed, he already knew that Vision Status functioned like that.

Still, he beca curious and wanted to try the ability.

Using his intuition, Edmund activated Vision Status and looked at the statuses of Julian, Oleander, Clara, and finally Leonor.

[Vision Status]

[Na: Leonor Aschwin || Age: 16]

[Race: Human Half-Demon]

[Affinity: Fire (Max)]

[Class: None]

[Level: 7 || EXP: 275/850]

A blue system panel appeared before Edmund, displaying Leonor’s status. Her level had not increased yet, nor had her EXP.

That was normal. Edmund had not yet allowed Leonor to hunt monsters to level up.

However, once she entered the academy, she would level up quickly.

────[Fifth Mission]────

[Objective: Raise Leonor Aschwin to Level 10]

[Reward: 15 Conviction Stats || 10 All-Stats Attributes || Obtained 1x Low-Grade Weapon]

[Status: Ongoing!]

The mont Edmund thought about it, the system panel before him imdiately issued a new mission.

The objective was to raise Leonor Aschwin’s level to 10.

The rewards included additional Conviction stats, 10 to all attributes, and what surprised Edmund the most was the low-grade weapon reward.

He had assud the final reward would be a skill or sothing similar, but he was proven wrong.

The final rewards could vary depending on the system.

However, for Edmund, a low-grade weapon was not very useful since he already possessed sothing far better.

Maybe the weapon would suit Leonor or her four friends instead.

Leonor turned and noticed Edmund staring blankly ahead in silence. She gently tapped Edmund’s hand, snapping him back to reality.

"What’s wrong, Sir Edmund?" Leonor asked.

Edmund turned and smiled. He shook his head while looking at Leonor.

"It’s nothing. Continue eating, Leonor."

I need to plan this carefully. It would be much better if Leonor and her four friends ford an adventurer party as training before entering the academy.

That’s a brilliant idea.
