Without entering the Cors Palace, Andrew checked what was happening inside. Since this place is his temple, he can clearly see everything happening inside it and even a few blocks around it.
The thing is, Andrew doesn’t always monitor the situation inside his temples. In fact, he only checks them when he needs to look for sothing or soone in particular, or when he receives an alert that sothing is happening.
Although he is alerted even when a person with malicious intent approaches, what was happening right now didn’t even reach that level, so he didn’t receive any alerts and was therefore unaware of what was happening.
Once Andrew checked what was happening, he couldn’t help but laugh wryly. He found it a little funny that all this commotion was due to two girls, whom he didn’t know very well, but with whom he had a sowhat special relationship.
It turns out that all the carriages and guards at the entrance belong to these two girls, which demonstrates their status. They were none other than the two won Andrew managed to charm into his bed at the party a few days ago.
They hadn’t co to stir up trouble or create problems, which is why the Palace of Cors didn’t issue any warnings to Andrew beforehand. They only ca with the intention of taking advantage of their connection with Andrew to conduct so business.
The fact is that, being wealthy people with a certain status, they had a lot of protection, and every ti they traveled, they were accompanied by a battalion of guards. It seed more like a military parade than a simple business trip.
Even so, Andrew understood their position. Cors is a city that is very different from all the others. It’s arguably the largest city in the world; it’s not for nothing that it’s considered a country in its own right.
Not only is it vast, but it’s also very wealthy. So even say that the greatest wealth on the continent is found here, and that wouldn’t be surprising, as it’s the most important seaport on the continent.
It’s not that all the continent’s goods pass through there, however, there isn’t a single country on the continent that doesn’t receive goods that once passed through this port. Because of this, many rchants settle in the city of Cors, or at least have their company headquarters there.
Being such a strategic location for trade, it would be foolish not to have a base there. So nobles from different countries have operations in this city, and even royalty from several countries follow suit, which demonstrates how powerful this city is.
This is why the city and its inhabitants have a lot of money, and with money, many evils also co. Thieves, murderers, and swindlers also know how lucrative the city is, so no one will give them the opportunity to attack them.
The rchants and wealthy people of the city never leave unprotected, and that’s why these two girls arrived at the Cors Palace accompanied by so many guards, even though they aren’t the wealthiest among them.
If it had to be explained honestly, these girls could only reach the middle class of the city’s wealthy, and yet they must be protected in this way, then you can only imagine what people like Lustas, Duglas, and the like would do.
The two girls are nad Mariana and Paula. They are both rchants specializing in the trade of fabrics and textile materials. They are childhood friends and have a joint business.
It was because of this closeness that Andrew managed to charm them and get them into bed at the sa ti. Furthermore, they obviously knew about Andrew’s clothing business, so it wasn’t surprising that they would show up.
The one who attended them was Candice, and the conversations were obvious. They wanted their company to supply Andrew’s clothing and lingerie stores. These kinds of negotiations would be handled by Candice, but this is a special case.
Since Mariana and Paula had slept with Andrew, they believed they could get a better deal, and that’s why they disagreed with the offers Candice had made so far. Honestly, Candice wasn’t offering them a bad deal. In fact, they could tell Candice was being very honest with them about prices and quantities.
However, they are greedy, like most rchants. They wanted higher prices and larger quantities. That’s why they wanted Andrew to negotiate with them, believing Andrew would give them better deals.
In a short ti, Andrew investigated what was going on, and he understood the crux of the matter. Mariana and Paula believed that, since they had slept with Andrew, he would give them preferential treatnt.
In fact, they didn’t even hide the fact that if they gave them a better offer, they could sleep with him again. "They’re real whores," Andrew thought, catching on to their intentions, but he wasn’t upset.
Andrew understood how the world worked. They wanted money, and if they had to have sex with Andrew to get it, they wouldn’t mind. First of all, they would get what they wanted, and second, sex with Andrew is magnificent.
They even hoped Andrew would co along and propose that, as they would earn money in exchange for great pleasure. Unfortunately for them, Andrew wouldn’t fall for that trap. He might not mind having sex with them, and honestly, he didn’t care how the business was going, as he paid no attention to it, but it was still Candice’s, his wife’s, business.
Andrew would never make his wife lose money just so he could have sex, so Mariana and Paula’s plan was destined to fail, however, he couldn’t allow the situation to continue. Mariana and Paula wouldn’t make a deal with Candice; he had to show up, so he walked to the entrance of Cors Palace, where, ironically, he was stopped by the two girls’ guards.
"Who are you? You can’t enter," one of the guards said in an authoritative tone. While Andrew understood it was his job, he didn’t like the guard’s tone, and even more so, he didn’t like the fact that they were being haughty in his house.
Fortunately for them, not only were they guarding the place, but Andrew’s guards were also present. The Cors Palace may not be operational, but so employees have already been brought in.
Among the employees, guards, and administrative staff, one had already arrived. One of Andrew’s guards, upon seeing him, imdiately approached and reprimanded Mariana and Paula’s guard, "Be more respectful. That’s Young Master Andrew."
Upon hearing this, the guard who had previously prevented Andrew from entering paled and quickly apologized for the offense. Although Andrew had been angered, thanks to the young man who intervened, the guard who had stopped him was spared his wrath.
Andrew didn’t pay much attention to him after that. He rely nodded slightly and entered the establishnt. Without looking at anyone, he went up the stairs and headed to the office, where Candice, Mariana, Paula, and Victoria were arguing.
The other girls didn’t join in, as it was a business conversation, and among them, only Carolina had the knowledge, but she was locked in the lab and didn’t even know what was going on. Still, there were several guards, including Castor.
Although only the four girls were in the office, Castor was standing outside the door monitoring for any possible danger. It’s unlikely that trouble will arise inside a Heavenly Palace, but it never hurts to be cautious, especially when Andrew isn’t present. Shortly after, Castor spotted Andrew and approached him.
"You’re finally here. You’ve been there for hours. You should finish this before Candice orders soone to be killed," Castor said jokingly, but it didn’t really seem like a joke. Andrew smiled at his comnt, for he could understand.
Candice had already been very sincere with her offers and very polite. Even Victoria, as a noblewoman, had shown Mariana and Paula a lot of respect, but these two girls were too abusive.
It wasn’t that they were disrespectful or anything like that, but they weren’t committed. It didn’t seem like they were here to do business, and that bothered Candice and Victoria, as they had been at it for more than a couple of hours and hadn’t reached a simple agreent.
At that mont, Andrew entered the office. Sensing the door open, they all looked to see what was happening, and upon seeing Andrew, they all smiled with joy, but for different reasons.
Candice and Victoria were obviously happy to see him, as they would be free from the tornt of negotiating with Mariana and Paula. anwhile, Mariana and Paula believed they would get a better deal from Andrew.
Andrew approached Candice and Victoria and gave each of them a brief kiss on the lips, surprising everyone. It wasn’t that Candice and Victoria were embarrassed; it was just that Andrew wasn’t used to showing affection like this in public.
On the other hand, Mariana and Paula were surprised, as they hadn’t expected Andrew to kiss the two girls. It’s true, they knew Andrew had several wives, but they didn’t know who they were.
Candice and Victoria had never introduced themselves as Andrew’s wives, so only now did Mariana and Paula understand that they weren’t dealing with re employees, and that was why Andrew kissed them.
He wanted to inform Mariana and Paula who they were in front of, and having accomplished his objective, he sat between Candice and Victoria. He looked at the two girls he’d spent the night with at the party and said, smiling, "So, did you and my wives co to an agreent?"
That question was a way of putting pressure on them. It was obvious Andrew was telling them that their wives were the ones who had the business decisions in their hands and that their plan to make a profit at Andrew’s expense would be difficult.

I’m sorry for being so intermittent with my posts this month, but a lot has happened. I’m not in a place with internet access this week, and it’s been difficult for to write, so I apologize and can only promise to make it up to you next week for the Chapters I can’t post this week.
