But he quickly ca back to his senses after hearing the knock on the door right in front of him.

Without wasting a second longer after hearing the knock, Hutton imdiately opened the door.
"Ahh!" The person at the other side cried out in surprised while moving back after seeing the door suddenly opened the second he knocked.
Apparently, the person at the other side of the door is Jake who Hutton previously sent on a mission to get all the information he could find about the top companies in the city.
"You are back already?" Hutton asked as he faked a surprised look on his face. When Jake saw this look on Hutton’s face, he imdiately smiled proudly as he brought out a white colored folder from the side bag he hunged.
"Yes boss. And not only that, but I also got so information of the top companies in the neighbouring cities" Jake said with a proud smile still on his face.
"You did what!?" Hutton asked now with a really surprised look on his face as he stared at the white folder in Jake’s hand. In not more than two weeks from the ti Hutton sent him to get information on the top companies of the city, not only did he accomplished it which this alone exceeded Hutton’s expectation, but he also got so information on the top companies of the neighbouring cities which just naturally made him shocked speechless since this shouldn’t be possible to accomplish in a short ti.
"Boss, please take the folder. I have compiled the information I got from the top companies categorically so as to make things easier for you" Jake said as he stretched out his hand which held the folder towards Hutton.
But before Hutton took the folder, he stared at Jake deeply for so seconds before asking.
"How did you get all this information in such a short ti?"
"Eh!?" Jake said with a stunned look on his face. But not too long later, his face quickly brought out a wry smile as he said.
"It’s seems like I can’t hide it from you boss. I actually t a strange looking man in a remote alley at the inner region of the city and he handed this folder. When I checked what was inside, I find out it was a compiled information about the top companies in both our city and the neighbouring city. But it was ssy that ti so I had to verify so things and used it to arrange them"
"Huh?" Hutton muttered as he suddenly frowned while having a pondering look on his face. But not long after, he asked Jake.
"Did you see how he looked like?"
"Unfortunatly no since he was in a mask. But he ntioned your na and told to tell you this ’You don’t have to know who I am, just know that you are oweing Mrs. Ling a favor’. Right after that, he mysteriously left" Jake answered with a honest look on his face.
But when Hutton heard what Jake said, he imdiately have a wry smile on his face as he thought.
’Looks like I owe Mrs Ling Fei a rather huge favor this ti’
Not only will this information help prepare both him and his restaurant against these top companies when they plan to attack, but it will also help him to take advantages of their weaknesses and make his restaurant more stronger.
But Hutton didn’t dwell on this thought fo too long as he imdiately received and open the folder. Once he did, he imdiately have a satisfied look on his face as he thought.

Apparently, There were five companies in the Cornerstone city that were considered the top in the city. Three of them is a fashion business, one is a rcenary organization while one is a 5 star restaurant.
’Seems like facing this one is inevitable’ Hutton thought again as he looked at the information regarding the 5 star restaurant with a slight frown.
The na of this restaurant is ’Blue Haven’ and it is incredibly popular In both Cornerstone city and even the neighbouring cities.
Although the headquarters of this restaurant is located at the capital city of the country, the one here is doing exceedingly well even more than the one at the neighbouring cities.
The owners of this restaurant is a family nad the George family and they were shockingly a first class family that reside in the capital city of the country.
Although they have a branch family which resides in the Cornerstone city as they look after the branch of the Blue Haven restaurant branch her, it wasn’t able to compete with the Thomas family that have it’s headquarters here while also having a fashion business that has an incredible influence in both the city and the neighbouring cities since it’s also one of the top companies in the list Hutton is with.
’A first class family huh?’ Hutton thought as he coldly stared at the information regarding the the Blue Haven restaurant. But he didn’t take him too long as he eventually closed the folder.
"So how was the information I brought. Was it enough?" Jake asked with an anxious look on his face. When Hutton heard him, he imdiately brought out a satisfied smile on his face while also bring out his phone on his pocket.
"Not only was it enough, but you even exceeded my expectations and brought even more information that I need right now which will make pay you double" Hutton said while he began to operate his phone.
"Double!?" Jake exclaid with a look of disbelief on his face, but when he saw a notification on his phone which says his bank account has been credited with a whooping 200,000 bucks, he imdiately had blooshot eyes.
"Thank you boss!!" Not wasting more ti staring blankly on his phone, Jake imdiately exclaid as he tried to kowtow towards Hutton but the later prevented it.
"You don’t have to be like this Jake, you were just doing your job and I rewarded you accordingly. Please don’t try to kowtow" Hutton said with a helpless smile on his face.
"Ok boss, if you say so" Jake said as he imdiately got back to his feet. But at this mont, he now has the utmost respect and loyalty towards Hutton.
’I vow with my lifethat I will use everything I have to serve you’ Jake thought with a resolute look on his face. But Hutton didn’t know of this as he asked.
"Now that you have completed the mission I gave you flawlessly, there is sothing I need you to do for before going towards another mission"
"Anything boss!" Jake exclaid with a solemn look on his face. Although this sudden reaction surprised Hutton a little, he later gave out a calm smile on his face as he asked.
"Can you be able to get a weapons license in less than three days?"
"Three days?" Jake asked with a surprised look on his face. But after seeing Hutton give a slight nod which confird what he heard, he began to ponder deeply.
"Although I have a way of accomplishing this, it isn’t guaranteed that it will work" Jake said after pondering for a while.
"Well then there is no harm in trying so just do it" Hutton said with a light smile on his face.
"Ok Boss, am on it" Jake said before he quickly rushed out of Hutton’s house area.
