I let out a long sigh as I feel like my whole existence is currently the embodint of exhaustion.
I’m suuuuuper tired—physically and ntally.

I sleep for only about two hours every day and used all of my free ti training. Just thinking about it is making frown!

He was handso and had waist-long shiny green hair. His yellow eyes were attractive behind his round and clear glasses. Also like Oscar, his body build was pretty average.
His na is Pete, if I rember it right...
Anyway, what surprised is that Professor Pete is glaring at , clearly hating for gods-know-why!
(Because of his relationship with Ruby. Raven just doesn’t know.)
I already saw plenty of professors who looked at like that, and I know they’ll make a big fuss about everything I do. So I closed the system without checking my last progress.
’I need to focus or that shitty professor will chew alive. Though I saw almost everything of my progress and they’re all done except the last one.’
I then silently smiled at the thought of acquiring a better body constitution soon.
"Let’s start the class."
Professor Pete said as soon as he stepped onto the platform in front of the classroom.

’I’m just gonna call him Pete. Calling him "Sir" feels unpleasant seeing him pick on his student.’
I muttered inwardly.
Pete then, with a smile, placed his hand on the surface of my mana barrier.

And as soon as he made contact with my mana, he got shocked—literally—by electricity.
"Lol..."
I weakly mumbled, looking at him who quickly retrieved his hand.
’Having an electric attributed mana is really the best.’
I thought.
"What was that?"
Pete asked with a frown.
I looked at him innocently, as if asking what he was talking about.
’My attribute is kinda rare and powerful. I can’t let others know it just yet.’
Everyone didn’t notice the electric spark just now because it wasn’t that powerful to begin with.
’This idiot just got surprised.’
"Keum..."
Letting out a fake cough, Pete didn’t pry too much, as he’d appear like an idiot if he did.
"Okay class, now I’ll use a 2nd-tier magic that can cancel Raven’s mana barrier."
He declared as a magic circle appeared on top of his palm. He aid it at my mana shield.
"[Dispel]"
Then Pete casted a magic.
"Kugh...?!"
My mana barrier shattered, and what else? I took a fucking slashback!
Looking at Pete, he had this sneering smile on his face.
"What happened? Are you okay?"
He asked sarcastically.
’So that’s how you want to play, huh.’
He intentionally made his magic a bit stronger than my mana barrier so he could attack indirectly.
If I complain, he’ll probably say that I was much weaker than he had expected.
"I’m fine."
So I just casually replied with a shrug.
Pete’s smile twitched at my words, but he imdiately regained it as he looked around the room.
"Now, do you guys know what will happen if I use a stronger canceling magic than the target magic or mana?"
He asked everyone with a bright fake smile. Everyone’s eyes were on us, but only a few knew we were having a conflict.
So of those who knew were Alec, Blake, Adelle, Eve, Aoi, and Curtis.
They were looking at Pete with disgust. Not that this scumbag noticed them.
Then he looked straight at again.
"Can you make another mana barrier for us to demonstrate to your classmates what will happen?"
Pete asked politely, though I could see him grinning ear to ear.
’He’s trying to break my pride and attack at the sa ti.’
This idiot is awfully predictable, so with a cunning smile...
"Of course."
I replied.
Then another black mana barrier appeared between and him—the sa as I did last ti.
’I’m gonna withstand the slashback and say it tickles...’
I thought as I prepared myself to receive the damage he was planning to inflict on .
I activated to the max to help with my poker face.
Pete seed to have predicted my plan as he soon raised his right hand and aid its palm at my mana barrier.
A magic circle bigger than my head appeared in front of his palm.

"[Greater Dispel—!]"
Pete exclaid and casted that!

A green wind-like thing made of mana ca out of his magic circle and imdiately shot toward my mana barrier.
"Grgh..."
A small voice escaped my mouth because of pain as soon as the wind-like thing clashed with my mana.
Luckily, no one heard , so I could still carry on with my plan.

Cold breezes of wind were going around the room, produced by the clash of my mana and Pete’s magic.
My barrier was still holding, as I was continuously pouring mana into it, and Pete seed greatly unpleased with what was happening.
Then with my calm and casual face, I looked at him and smirked.
"Maybe you should’ve used a more advanced magic?"
I said in a provocative manner.
Everyone in the classroom heard it, and soon they started whispering among themselves.
"Sir Pete’s advanced magic can’t cancel Raven’s mana barrier..."
"Raven is really amazing, huh."
"That’s cool..."
Words like that were heard everywhere, and Pete got angry upon hearing them.
(Also, most of the praises are from the girls. That’s why Pete is more angry.)
Pete gnashed his teeth as if he wanted to shatter them. Then he raised his left hand and aid it at again!
"[Greatest Dispel—!]"
Pete exclaid as he casted a 3rd-tier spell!
’Even if my shield disappears, it will be Pete’s defeat as he used a more advanced magic than he initially needed!’
I concluded imdiately.
But I wasn’t soone who stops just because I defeated the enemy!
I’ll rub salt in their wounds if I can!
So with that, I lifted both of my arms with the intention to hold my mana barrier as long as I could against Pete’s magic!
