(Raven’s POV)
BOOM!
The spirit, upon arriving near , shot a powerful lightning!
It produced a sound loud enough that my ears are still ringing.
Though luckily... I was able to dodge on ti.
-Who are you?
The spirit asked . Its voice is small but beautiful. I frowned after hearing it.
I looked at the spirit arrogantly before opening my mouth.
"I am God."
I said with a serious face.
’I hope it stops attacking.’
After my words, the spirit looked at for a while.
-Hmm... It’s true that I can sense so divinity coming from you, but it’s not as much as a god.
It then said with curiosity in its tone.
’What the fuck is it on about?’
I thought with a frown. The spirit just blurted out sothing weird.
’Well, I don’t care as it stopped attacking .’
Or so I thought...
CRACKLE—
I suddenly saw electric sparks appeared around the spirit’s small body!
"Every ti I think everything is over, shit happens!"
I exclaid in desperation and frustration.

Then another lightning was shot at !

I jumped to the adow. I know standing in an open area is stupid, but what can I do? The trees are burning and the lightnings are not coming from the sky anyway!

I yelled in annoyance at the spirit.
The spirit casually shook its head.
-No reason.
Then it said with a shrug.
I frowned at the answer I received.
’System, do physical attacks work on that thing?’
I asked the system while observing the spirit’s movents.
[Yes.]
I received a short reply but that was enough for .
Swish~
A dagger appeared in my right hand, while a gun in the left.
I imdiately pointed my gun at the spirit.
And within a second—
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
I fired five bullets!
-Hmm, you’re weak.
The spirit said, then....
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Three lightnings fell from the sky.
One struck the bullets, and the other two were aid at !
I dashed forward to avoid the two lightnings.
Then looking up at the spirit.

I threw my mana-coated dagger at it.

As I expected, the dagger missed. It stabbed into a tree. The spirit is too small and too fast!
But I didn’t despair at that.
"[Strengthen]"
"[Accelerate]"
Instead, I cast buffs on myself.

Then I jumped in the air, toward the spirit while pointing my gun at it.
The presence and pressure being emitted by the spirit is strong. But not as strong as Ruby’s!
FWOOSH—
So I activated !
My presence beca bigger and majestic. Feeling my aura, the spirit looked at with a hint of interest for a second, but after that, its expression went back to being bored.
The spirit is just watching as I approach its location at a fast pace.
I didn’t mind it being so casual and just pulled the trigger.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Another five bullets were fired. I imdiately changed the magazine of my gun.
Bang! Bang! Bang—!
And shot again ten tis!
It all happened in a matter of seconds.
But the spirit just pointed its small hands in my direction.
-It’s futile.
And after saying that...
BZOOOM–
The largest lightning I’ve ever seen in my entire life was fired at !
I frowned and desperately lifted my right hand in front of .

I shouted. Then a huge black vortex ca out from the [Ring of Gluttony], it made contact with the enormous lightning, and started to swallow it!

My whole body feels like it’s being twisted, the mana I was absorbing from the lightning was too much and my capacity can’t handle it.
’Even though I’m only taking half of the mana really used to cast this damn lightning!’
My advance got cut off and the spirit was looking at like it was watching a show.
I was about ten ters away from it. And we’re both in the air.

I used the overflowing mana I got and sent [Celestria] into my right leg. I poured a lot of mana into it... Then [Celestria] transford into a long blade about 20 ters long!

The blade is too long and heavy for my right leg alone, and my mana is still overflowing!
So I used the rest of the mana I absorbed to strengthen my right leg. I also covered the 20-ter-long blade, [Celestria], with dense mana.

The trees that made contact with my blade covered with mana were cut easily and fell to the ground.
I missed my target.
But still, I was able to completely swallow the enormous lightning and my mana is still full!
I reford [Celestria] into a battle suit and landed in the adow.
Tap-
And as soon as I landed, my knees got sluggish and almost gave out.
"Haaa... fuuuuuhh..."

The spirit asked casually, looking down at from the air.
I turned to it and frowned.

The spirit suggested while pointing at Clifford and his group. I looked at the [Coldvale] mbers.
They’re looking at , they seem to want to ask who I am.
I frowned, now all the hiding I’ve done until now is useless.
I shifted my attention back at the spirit.
"Five minutes? I can do anything?"
I asked.

A smile crept up on my face.
This is my only way out, so why would I decline?
’And once Clifford recovers, which will not take that long... He can deal with this fucking spirit.’
My smile deepened as I thought of that.
"You’ve got a deal."
The spirit smiled at my words and pointed at Clifford and the others.
-This is a duel, if you guys interfere, don’t even think of getting out of this place unscathed.
As the spirit said that, we felt many eyes looking at us. Chills ran down my spine!
"?!!"
-By the way, I’m the leader of all creatures in this area. Be it monsters or beasts, good-natured or evil.
The gazes we felt were from all the creatures in the area who were hiding, ready to attack anyti!
I frowned and violently scratched my head in annoyance.

I exclaid at the top of my lungs, letting my annoyance take control of my mouth.
