The third house we had just checked was at South Bay. Leaving there, we headed to Benefit Street, Sherman Oaks.

That was where the next house on the list was located, and I was very pleased by the sight of a woman in her twenties waiting for us at the front, ready to give us a tour.

Echo!!

As we stepped out of the vehicle, I activated the technique, and just like that, I had the entire layout of the house in my head.

We greeted our guide, who just so happened to be called Lana—a na that gives one idea when pronounced backwards, especially considering the shape of her rear.

"Don't you think she has a great ass?" I pulled Martha close and asked as we followed Lana into the house.

Of course, the dark-haired woman ahead of us heard . She nearly missed a step, clearly surprised by my words.

Martha, who was by my side, had to blink twice to understand whom I was referring to. I pinched her butt when she glared at .

"God already gave you such a large and wonderful ass, and you're getting jealous of soone with a lesser package than yours?"

Martha, who believed she had every right to be upset at my behaviour, suddenly found herself in doubt. As we moved along, I squeezed her rear again from behind.

"Must you be such a pervert?" the woman ground out.

"If I weren't, would you be so attracted to ?"

The question hung in the air. Martha gave no imdiate answer, so we turned our focus back to Lana.

"As you can see, the living room spans over..."

A lot of what the woman was saying passed over my head. Instead, I occupied my mind with the feel of Martha's ass and a plan for how to handle the projects I'd be burying myself in over the next two weeks.

There was also the $300 million I needed to give Google. While the money was going to yield massive returns and a powerful card, I still needed to figure out a way to make back that money in the anti. There were other promising projects to handle.

Though I didn't follow the full tour, looking back at Nadia several minutes later and seeing the satisfied look on her face, I figured Lana had done an amazing job.

This house had one floor and up to six rooms. It occupied a large piece of land with a spacious field at its back.

The pool was nearly double the size of the previous one and was circular.

"Wooden fences," I muttered, walking out into the lawn and under the sun.

"You can be assured, sir, that there are no gaps in the fence, and they're quite sturdy," Lana responded.

"That's what the last guys said," I muttered again, scanning the wide space at the back.

By 2020, a lot of this land would be cut out and sold, I told myself.

"Can I replace it with a tall concrete fence?"

Lana's expression scrunched at this, but then she gave a reply.

"Building a tall fence isn't normally allowed, but if you have a good reason, we could get permission for it from the city court."

"What do you know of our neighbours?" I asked, looking at the house on the other side and admiring its light blue paint.

"I'm sorry, I don't have any information on them," Lana replied, following my gaze.

"Let's go et them," I said, turning and beginning to move.

My actions stunned everyone, but they fell in line—a myriad of thoughts going through their heads.

Ding!!

Ding!!

Reaching the door, I rang the bell and then took a step back.

"What do you want to do, sir?" Lana asked, the two other won behind her looking at quizzically.

Nadia, though, seed to have an idea of what I was up to.

"I want to buy the place. Help with that, okay?"

"This place hasn't been put up for sale, and it isn't under my agency."

"I know, but I still want it."

It wasn't even a full minute before the door of the house opened. Lana, pushing a strand of black hair behind her ear, spoke to the middle-aged man who ca out.

Stepping to the side and staying silent, I listened as the formalities were exchanged and the aim of our presence was shared.

With greying hair, the man, Victor Weiser, was initially uninterested in selling. But taking a look back at and getting a nod, Lana decided to use the money card.

By the ti twenty minutes had passed, we had all left the house and returned to the side of the black rcedes.

"You'll keep in contact with Nadia, and she'll reach out to you regarding the purchase of both houses."

"You're buying the two?" Lana couldn't help but ask in surprise. The other won looked at just as shocked, even my PA.

It seems I'm not a total open book to her.

"Yes."

Lana was all smiles at this developnt, and try as she might, she couldn't suppress the grin on her face.

When we got into the car, just as Nadia started the engine, she decided to make sure I understood the conclusion of today.

"You realize you just spent $1.2 million on two houses located in Sherman Oaks, not Malibu, right?"

"I know."

The first house Lana showed , with six rooms and a large field, cost $600,000. The other, with just four rooms, cost $500,000.

Half a million dollars was a lot for the smaller house, especially considering its limited facilities. But its position overlooking a valley was quite alluring to , and it gave ideas.

Returning my attention to Martha, I reached out and began fondling her breast. At this point, the woman had accepted her fate, and when she looked at , I hit her with a question.

"Which of the houses do you like?"

"Huh?"

"I can't live in two houses side by side. So obviously, the other house is for soone I want beside .

Which do you want?"

"None."

Of course, Martha would reply like that, and I wasn't bothered.

"Valera once ntioned to that she likes computers. How about we go buy her a laptop?"

Martha opened her mouth to talk, but I silenced her.

"It wasn't a question."
