With long blonde hair that went well past her chest, the lady before also had on a long brown coat and low black heels and from the gap in her coat, I could make out a blue shirt and black office skirt.

Though the atmosphere between us had settled after my first words, it hadn't taken on a change I desired.

The lady before seed to be convinced by my words, yet there wasn't the pity I would have preferred, she was instead curious.

"So what do you want from "

With her hands crossed over her chest and her eyes slightly narrowed, it was clear that the blonde lady had taken at least a step away from the average populace.

"I would like if you could vouch for when the ticket inspector cos."

"You an verify the story that you were robbed."

"Yeah, I don't mind paying for another ticket, I just don't want to get in trouble if he hears my accent and asks for an ID and I can't produce one."

"He might think I'm so shady person."

After speaking, the woman looked up and down, the curiosity in her eyes burning brighter and tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear, she spoke.

"Being in a needy position doesn't suit you. Where are you from."

"Arica, US."

'Really" She said, "And you're worried about being troubled by the police."

"Well…" I started, not really understanding where things were going.

This was ant to be a simple conversation in preparation for the bigger trouble to co, yet now I was being led to who knows where.

"I just don't like trouble," I said and though carrying an amused smile she nodded.

"All right, I'll vouch for you if anything goes wrong, but you shouldn't worry yourself. They check for only tickets on the train, no one searches for ID"

"Oh thanks, I didn't know that."

"No worries."

I was just about to move away from the woman and give her so space when she stopped .

Folding her newspaper, she focused on

"Where are you headed?"

"Shrewsbury"

"That's good, I'm also headed there. It will be a long ride, why don't we keep each other company."

"We just t" I pointed out to her.

"Yeah, and my na is Ava"

"I'm Mike," I replied taking her hand.

"So Mike, I like the strength in your eyes. Tell what do they do in Arica to build a man such as you both proud and polite."

With Ava I fell into an interview and like a demoness, the won took pleasure in watching trying to wissel my way out of the questions she would ask.

She was every bit as bold as her beauty and expression.

After several minutes, the ticket inspector ca around and the tickets were checked, and with Ava by my side, I didn't find much trouble, though I did have to pay for another ticket.

Unfortunately, though the issue of my lack of a ticket had been dealt with, that didn't an that I was out of Ava's hair.

She kept with her questions and I had just escaped the topic of my views on the Arican relationship with the countries around it when things got plenty personal.

"How many won have you slept with." the woman asked and I was left flabbergasted.

There was a difference between being curious and being intrusive and right now Ava was being the latter.

It was one thing if I was enjoying our conversation and going with the flow, but my several attempts to swivel out of different topics more than told of my feelings on this interrogation, yet Ava refused to take the cue.

At this point, I had the option to either lie to the woman or leave, but then looking at the amusent which had been in her eyes since she started talking, I understood that my bait had worked a little too much.

"Too smart"

On the surface, my goal with Ava had been to get her to vouch for a pitiful when the ticket collector ca around, but that wasn't all.

There was a bigger obstacle to be handled with this ploy and the problem was that Ava had caught onto that or more appropriately slled a rat.

The woman wasn't sure of her suspicion but if I was right, she was bored and willing to ss with while seeking confirmation on it.

"Heartless"

By all right, if I found her to be too annoying, then with the ticket issue already dealt with, I should have left from her side but here I was.

Of course, there was a possibility that I was just too polite to do that, but then It was also possible that I wanted another thing.

If you convincingly told a normal person that you were scared of getting in trouble with the police after losing your travelling docunts, they would pity you, help you if they could and not think too much about the situation but no Ava.

Rather than just accept my words for what it was, Ava had decided that there was more to it and well in the end, that more ca and it ca just as the woman wanted to know about my sexual life.

"We have arrived at Oxford station, please...….."

The announcent rang throughout the train and with it several people began getting up as the train slowed down.

Amidst the noise that was created, Ava and I had to go silent and when the bustle died down, she focused on .

"Well…''

"Would you like to join my list?"

This was the first ti I was letting a bit of true self leak out, having been a gentleman since the beginning and with a flash of her teeth, Ava's curiosity burned harder.

"Well, it depends on how experienced are you, how many posts have you handled."

"How about I show how I handled my posts instead?"

Before any more sparks could be ignited, the possible obstacle I had been waiting for reared its head.

"Sorry for the delay, but for security reasons a quick mandatory check is in order. Everyone please take out your ticket, your ID or any form of identification and remain in your seats."
