Early the next morning, Zhang Jiasen took his brother-in-law to the company to look for Ning Shu, only to be told that she had gone to the factory.

Zhang Jiasen wiped at his face, then brought Tan Heyu to the factory.

When Ning Shu heard Zhang Jiasen say that he wanted her to find Tan Heyu a job, she glanced over at Tan Heyu who was currently looking around eagerly with his beady eyes. She inwardly gave a cold laugh.

When Zhang Jiasen saw that Ning Shu wasn’t making a sound, he asked, “You can’t?”

Ning Shu said with a smile, “Since you’re the one that asked, of course I’ll arrange a suitable position for Brother-in-law.”

When Zhang Jiasen saw Ning Shu smile towards him the sa way she used to, his heart settled slightly. He had been worried that she’d still be angry with him and refuse to give him face.

“Then I’ll leave it to you to arrange it. Are you going to be back at the company this afternoon? It’s been a long ti since we’ve had a al together alone. We can go to the Western style restaurant you like. I’ll make a reservation in a bit?” Zhang Jiasen spoke to Ning Shu gently while leaning over slightly to look Ning Shu in the eyes with a warm expression.

Ning Shu ignored Zhang Jiasen’s display of affection and just lifted her wrist to check her watch. She then said, “I probably won’t be able to go. I still have sothing to take care of later. Let’s talk about having lunch together so other ti.”

A trace of displeasure flashed through Zhang Jiasen’s eyes. In the past he had been the center of Miao Miaomiao’s world, but now all she thought about all day was work.

A helpless expression appeared on Zhang Jiasen’s face. “My wife is a workaholic, what do I do? It feels like I’ve been abandoned.”

Ning Shu smiled cooperatively. “Don’t worry, there’s no way I’d abandon you.” No way you get off that easy.

After Zhang Jiasen left, Ning Shu glanced at Tan Heyu who was looking towards her with an ingratiating smile. She directly assigned him to transporting goods, aning his job was to load the finished products onto the supply trucks.

When Tan Heyu heard what he had to do, his expression filled with disappointnt. He had been hoping to be the workshop director, but now he actually had to do physical labor.

“Sister-in-law, we’re part of the sa family, so can you give a slightly easier job? At the very least you should make a workshop director, otherwise my position would make you lose face,” said Tan Heyu in an ingratiating way.

Ning Shu: Ha. Ha.

A workshop director? You sure had lofty dreams.

“Although Brother-in-law is part of the family, the company has its rules. If I directly give you the role of workshop director, a lot of people won’t be willing to accept this. If you work slowly towards it like this, you’ll eventually get promoted and beco a workshop director,” said Ning Shu expressionlessly.

Tan Heyu rubbed his chin. He felt that his sister-in-law had a point, so he went to start carrying the goods. However, Tan Heyu truly over-evaluated himself. How could a lazy bastard like him who has always enjoyed being attended to without ever having to do anything possibly endure work as hard as this?

Ning Shu glanced over briefly, then turned and left. She had more important things to do. She was going to participate in the clothing design. She had transmigrated into all sorts of worlds varying from all points of the ancient era to the modern era, so she had seen a lot of fashion.

Of course, she didn’t have the ability to design, so she just gave the designers so suggestions in order to add so new, fashionable elents.

However, everything that was designed with these hints did end up containing an air of freshness.

Zhang Jiasen left the factory and got back to the company. The mont he entered the office, he saw Xue Manman who was currently bent over watering the plants. Her butt perked up slightly in a very sexy way. Since Xue Manman was wearing a one-step skirt, it made her butt look very round and attractive.

His hand felt a little itchy, but he controlled his impulse. This was the office.

When Xue Manman turned around and saw Zhang Jiasen, a smile appeared on her face, but then she grumbled, “Jiasen, why haven’t you been visiting lately? Were you with Miao Miaomiao?”

Zhang Jiasen sat down on the chair and rubbed his forehead. His exhaustion showed on his face. “No, my parents are here from the countryside. Miao Miaomiao went back to her parent’s place.”
