All the red wine tilted forward—dumping straight over Alex’s head.

The wine dripped from his hair, soaked his suit, and then splattered onto the floor.

Jett burst out laughing. "Look at you. I told you to take off that jacket. But no—you just had to make help you. Now that I’ve helped, shouldn’t you take it off?"

Alex’s expression darkened.

"What? I went out of my way to assist you, and you’re still not taking it off? Do you want to strip it off myself? Honestly, with how much won adore you, helping you is practically my civic duty."

Jett reached out, grabbing at Alex’s suit jacket.

"The suit I’m wearing was designed by Sophia, the top designer in the country. It cost one million. Would you like to pay by card or cash?"

The mont Alex finished speaking, the room erupted in laughter.

They weren’t just laughing—they were mocking him.

A million-dollar suit? To them, it sounded like the biggest joke of the century.

"One million? For that crap? Give a million and I’ll buy you a truckload of them. Hell, give five hundred bucks and I can get you one that looks exactly the sa."

Jett clearly didn’t believe a word he said.

Beside him, Butler’s expression shifted as well.

"Bro, I figured you haven’t done well this past year, so I assud you’d dress up a little—at least give us the illusion you were doing okay. But bragging about a million-dollar suit? Co on. I’m not an idiot. My car cost only half a million dollars—I refuse to believe you’re walking around in a suit worth twice that. And Sophia? Sure, she’s famous... but why would she design sothing for you?"

Butler shook his head with exaggerated pity, then threw his Bentley key fob onto the table.

"I just replaced my Bentley—only half a million. If you’re really struggling, just say it. I can lend you a hundred grand, two hundred even. No problem."

He leaned back in his chair, acting generous.

But the gold rings on his fingers and the chunky chain at his neck exposed him for what he really was—soone here to show off.

"I suppose I can interpret everything you’ve said as... vulgar?"

"What did you just say?"

Butler stared at Alex, convinced he misheard.

"Sophia’s designs all carry a signature mark. Don’t you know that?"

Every piece Sophia created was embroidered with a tiny lotus emblem—elegant, understated, and unmistakably hers.

Butler frowned. "I told you, even if you want to pretend, don’t go too far. Don’t embarrass yourself. And I said I wouldn’t look down on you—if you need money, just ask. I’ll help."

Alex gave them a slow, cold glance.

Suddenly—

"Uncle Alex!"

A soft, childish voice rang from the doorway.

Alex froze for a second, then turned—and was stunned to see his boss’s six treasured kids standing right outside the room.

"Charles?"

Charles grinned. "Uncle Alex! What are you doing here? Wow, what a coincidence! Are you guys eating?"

Alex imdiately stood up and waved them over.

The six kids walked in confidently under dozens of stares.

And people were whispering—so stunned, so excited.

"Hey... aren’t those Lucas’s kids?"

"Yeah! Lucas and Sophia’s kids. The sextuplets! I can’t believe I’m seeing them in person!"

A few people whispered excitedly, while others—who had no idea who they were—asked in confusion who the six children could possibly be.

Jett froze on the spot.

He had already seen the six kids downstairs earlier—Lucas walking with them, and a woman whose face he didn’t get a good look at.

Could that woman... have been Sophia?

Charles blinked his big innocent eyes, hugging a bottle of Coke as he stared at Jett.

"Hello, Uncle. We et again."

"Oh—hey! We et again, kids. Good, good."

With so many people watching, he couldn’t pretend he didn’t know them—especially since these were Lucas’s children.

If he could get on their good side and keep Lucas from getting angry, he might even secure that big contract.

A large hand was reaching out to pat Charles on the head, when the little boy suddenly said, "Uncle, I can’t open my Coke. Can you open it for ?"

"Of course."

Jett took it without the slightest caution—

But the mont he twisted the cap, the entire bottle exploded, blasting Coke all over him from head to toe.

"Ah! Uncle, I’m so sorry. I forgot I’d been shaking it the whole way here."

Charles spoke innocently, as if it wasn’t intentional at all.

Behind him, Faye wiped her forehead.

Charles had indeed jumped and spun and shaken that bottle nonstop outside.

And now he had run straight into the guy bullying Uncle Alex.

They loved their handso Uncle Alex too much to let him be humiliated in front of them.

Besides, Alex was their daddy’s person.

"Uncle, I still have my big brothers and sisters with . Can we eat with you guys?"

"Of course! Waiter, bring six more place settings imdiately!"

Charles smiled sweetly.

But soone at the table didn’t look happy.

"Why? They’re just kids. Why should they eat with us? Jett, did you forget this is a class reunion?"

The woman who spoke carried an expensive XNE handbag—worth tens of thousands—and a luxury car key lay beside her.

She wrapped her shawl tighter, looking at the children with clear disdain.

Jett’s face darkened.

"What do you know? ’Just kids’? Are they taking up your precious space? I’ll give them my seat if that’s the issue. Got a problem with that? And tell —are you the one paying for today? Because if you’re not, you’d better shut up."

They had always gotten along well, but today his words pushed beyond that boundary.

"You’re actually scolding ... for a bunch of kids?" she said, stunned.

"Can you not see what’s in front of you? They are not ordinary kids. They’re Lucas and Sophia’s children—future heirs of Hilton Group!"

The woman’s eyes widened.

Of course she knew who the six kids were.

She simply forgot one small detail—future heirs of a multibillion-dollar empire.

The children acted as though they heard nothing and went straight to Alex.

Faye let out a dramatic gasp, covering her mouth.

"Uncle Alex! Why are you all wet? Why are you covered in red wine? Did soone bully you? Tell —I’ll beat him up! And Daddy definitely won’t let him get away with it!"
