Without receiving a response, she watched helplessly as the back of Ye Sihan disappeared around the corner.

Over and over in her mind, she told herself to hold on for the kids, to endure for Li Xue.
But her body had reached its limits.
She swayed, then fainted, lying at the doorway of the office.
