Chapter 250: Chapter 250: Are you feeling unwell? Chapter 250: Chapter 250: Are you feeling unwell? Tang Yu’s heart surged with hope when she saw that the man ahead was Ye Sihan, as if he was her savior.

Especially when Ye Sihan looked her way and t her deep, piercing black eyes, her heart pounded with excitent.

She was currently blocked by a man who also had a firm grip on her arm, clearly indicating that she was suffering.

Ye Sihan couldn’t tolerate others touching his possessions, his possessiveness was terrifying.

However, just when she thought she would be rescued, in the next second she saw Ye Sihan coldly withdraw his gaze and walk away.

He seed completely indifferent to the situation here.

Tang Yu stood frozen in place, feeling physically and emotionally battered.

Ye Sihan’s possessiveness towards her had vanished, signifying that she had been thoroughly abandoned…

“Hahaha!” Zhou Qinghua couldn’t contain her laughter after Ye Sihan and the others left. “Look at her, waiting for soone to rescue her! That aggrieved and innocent look is just nauseating!”

“That’s always been my sister’s way. She’s not as good as , yet she puts on airs of being noble; two-faced. It’s unlucky to share the sa father as her.” Tang Yifei said.

“Let’s go have fun elsewhere. Don’t worry, my skills won’t be worse than Ye Sihan’s,” the man said as he pulled Tang Yu away from the golf course.

Tang Yu, still reeling from the blow of being ignored by Ye Sihan, let herself be led away compliantly.

“Sister, make sure you have fun!” Tang Yifei teased with a laugh.

Zhou Qinghua was extrely pleased with herself.

She had seen Ye Sihan’s attitude towards Tang Yu crystal clear.

He really had no interest in Tang Yu anymore.

A woman without value, if toyed with by another man, becos even more worthless.

On the way to the private room, Tang Yu’s cold eyes turned to the man pulling her, and then she suddenly kicked hard at his shin—

“Ah!”

The man cried out in pain and let go, clutching his shin.

Seeing her chance, Tang Yu fled in a hurry.

She ran towards the door without looking back.

As she burst onto the main road, so won nearby saw her and asked uncertainly, “Isn’t that the little star who played Zhou Yu?”

The villainous second female lead in a family feud drama.

“Should be, right? What’s her na again?”

“She’s the one who caused Luo Bingbing to be sidelined.”

“Damn it, should we spit on her?”

Hearing this, Tang Yu turned and left; she was really unlucky to have encountered Luo Bingbing’s fans.

Luo Bingbing was in prison, and so said it had sothing to do with her.

So believed it, so didn’t.

Obviously, Luo Bingbing’s fans believed it.

Tang Yu didn’t want to be attacked by the crowd and hurriedly left.

Her guilty deanor spurred the won to chase after her relentlessly.

So she began to sprint.

She managed to shake them off only after running far and hiding.

Tang Yu let out a sigh of relief and leaned weakly against the wall.

As she was catching her breath, large raindrops started falling from the sky.

Tang Yu looked up at the gray, murky sky as the rain grew heavier; it was truly a case of misfortune raining down on her, leaving her no way out.

There was nowhere to take shelter from the rain, and she gave in to despair.

Walking out from the corner, her clothes grew increasingly soaked, and her hair clung to her face, with raindrops trailing down.

Her body was cold, and so was her heart.

In her mind, she dwelled on Ye Sihan’s indifference towards her.

Even if he despised her, under those circumstances, she was still the mother of the quadruplets…

Why…

Tang Yu’s steps faltered, and she fell to the ground, her face wet with what she couldn’t tell were raindrops or tears…

Though she finally heard the sound of a car, she lacked the strength to even look, as if everything no longer had anything to do with her.

After a while, soone approached her, and she caught sight of a pair of black, high-quality leather shoes in her lowered gaze.

Tang Yu’s expression trembled as she lifted her head to look at the tall man with her wet eyes.

He looked down at her, as if looking down at sothing insignificant.

Behind him, his bodyguard held an umbrella branded with the Rolls-Royce logo, bringing a black, hellish oppressive feeling.

Tang Yu reached out, grabbing Ye Sihan’s trouser leg, not caring that her wet hand was staining the precious fabric, “Did you see the text ssage I sent? I don’t want anything from you, all those were just words to appease my mother. Give a chance, please, brother…”

Ye Sihan squatted down, still towering above her, his black eyes narrowed as he stared down at her, his lifted hand pinching her chin, his voice low and cold, “Did I agree to you calling that?”

Tang Yu’s body shrank slightly.

Her chin was still in the palm of that hand which could determine life or death, unable to escape even a little bit.

She thought that calling him that way would earn her so sympathy from Ye Sihan, after all, he had allowed it before.

“Take with you…” Tang Yu pleaded with tearful eyes as she looked at him. “Help …”

“Didn’t you say you wouldn’t spend a penny of mine, wouldn’t use my power? What are you doing now, huh?” Ye Sihan squeezed her chin a bit harder, and upon hearing Tang Yu’s pained moan, he spoke contentedly, “I’ll make you understand that without , you are nothing. Don’t think playing the pity card will make marry you; I am not Ye Xianghua, understand?”

Tang Yu’s hand clutched Ye Sihan’s arm, begging, “Can I see the children, please? Even if it’s just a glimpse from afar, is that okay?”

Ye Sihan released her chin and shook off her hand as well, rising to his feet, his tone indifferent and cold, “Don’t corrupt my children. You’re not worthy.”

Having said this, he turned and left.

“I carried them for ten months with great difficulty, raised them from birth, what have I done to corrupt them?” Tang Yu got to her feet in desperation, crying out in the rain, “I raised them so well, and you actually say I corrupted them? Ye Sihan, do you even have a heart?”

Ye Sihan slowed his pace, his broad back towards her, showing indifference even from that angle.

Tang Yu took a couple of unsteady steps forward, her body swaying uncertainly; she feared to move any further, fearful of falling, afraid of Ye Sihan’s hostility.

Her voice beca softer and choked up, “You must think I deserve this, just like my mother, who will do anything to marry into a wealthy family. But you didn’t have to marry , who could force you? Why are you so angry? Let see the children, please? I miss them…”

Before she could finish, her body swayed, and her vision turned black. Unable to withstand the various blows any longer, she fainted.

Only then did Ye Sihan turn around, his gaze cold and inscrutable as he stared at the person collapsed in the rain, his thin lips parting slightly, “This is the price you need to pay.”

Xu Yu went over, picked up the person from the ground, and got in the car.

Tang Yu almost awoke in shock; she looked around to find herself in an ordinary hospital room.

Why was she here? Was she sick?

The events before she fainted raced through her mind; she had encountered Ye Sihan, in such a despairing state, and then collapsed due to physical discomfort.

Had Ye Sihan brought her to the hospital?

Or had a passing good Samaritan done so?

Tang Yu was unsure; she felt the latter was more likely because the words Ye Sihan said to her were colder than the rain.

Even if she died on the road, he probably would have just ignored her, right…

“You’re awake?” The nurse ca in and seeing her sitting up, asked, “Do you feel unwell anywhere?”

“What happened to ?” Tang Yu asked.

“Nothing serious, just a bit of a chill. You just need to take so dicine when you get ho,” the nurse said.

Tang Yu touched her forehead, no wonder her head felt fuzzy.

After receiving her dication, she left the hospital, still in her hospital gown.

Even though it was dark outside, she felt uncomfortable and hurriedly took a taxi back to her rented room.
