The Zhang madam choked. "Li. Yexi. What nonsense are you spouting? You really have no sha don't you?"
Li Shiyu looked at He Yuan with eyes filled with tears. "Yexi. I know you're doing all this because of Zhang Jun's feelings for but now is not the ti to bear a grudge. You have been married to Jun for over five years after all and you even constantly claid to love him, does your heart not hurt to see him in this situation?"
The oga suddenly dropped to his knees in front of He Yuan. "The Li corporation has a lot of connections that could co in handy now but they have refused to make a move because you probably told them not to. Zhang Jun has treated you extrely well over the years, his only flaw was not being able to stop loving even after he t you.
-Are you really going to punish a man over sothing he had no control over?" The oga's tears were pooling on the ground and so reporters were beginning to notice the scene. He looked around at the reporters that were beginning to gossip whilst taking pictures and he cursed under his breath. He couldn't even say anything to defend Li Yexi because if he did, people would only interpret it as him accusing Li Shiyu wrongly out of jealousy.
It was no news that the star-crossed lovers in any story had the people's blessing whilst the lovelorn villain belonged in hell and was a tool used to emphasize and enhance the lovers' love for each other.
He Yuan lowered his eyes and smiled wryly at Li Shiyu before walking past the oga and entering the courtroom. Whatever damage Li Shiyu's acting skills had done to Li Yexi's reputation, he would pay back with full interest.
The Zhang madam walked over to Li Shiyu and sadly hugged the oga. "It's okay now Shiyu, we already know Li Yexi's character. He never really cared for anyone but himself."
The murmurings of the reporters increased again as they took more pictures. People always saw Li Yexi as an easygoing, compassionate oga that was easy to get along with even if he was from an influential family.
