The more pages that were signed, the more pieces of Han Yuanjun's heart broke but he couldn't do anything. Everyone else thought this was an okay idea. He closed his eyes and gritted his teeth before walking over to seat on the sofa and burying his face in his hands.
Once Han Tao was done, he pinned He Yuan with a deathly stare. "Xu. Lifen. Whatever was once between us is now over so don't think you could continue speaking as you please in my Han ho!"
He walked even closer and grit out, "You should also stop acting righteous and pointing fingers at others when you're also a cheating slut yourse-"

The eyes of everyone widened but He Yuan wasn't done yet. With a straight expression, he positioned his hand on Han Tao's other cheek and,

Delivered three more powerful slaps whilst the shocked-to-stupor policeman had his head flinging left and right until his face reddened considerably.
Staring at the handprint on Han Tao's face, He Yuan simply wiped his hand on the man's shirt and dragged him forward by the collar with an icy expression. "Take a really good look at . Do I look like Chen ili?
-The next ti you open that stupid mouth of yours to refer to as a slut, I would make sure it would be the last ti you ever make use of it!"
Next, he snatched the papers and gracefully pushed the stroller out of the living room and out of the Han mansion.
Once again, Han Wen had her eyes popping out of their sockets. She looked from the tall policeman Han Tao and then turned around to stare at the door leading out of the mansion. She couldn't comprehend how Xu Lifen had effortlessly handled such a big man like a rag doll. "Wow."
Everyone turned to glare at her and when she noticed, she chuckled dryly. "I'll... Uh.. be in my room." She turned to leave but took one last look at Han Tao's tomato red face.
Xu Lifen had really done a number on him. She sighed in pity. "You should... You should probably have that checked."
And then she was gone.

As the cab drove to the airport, He Yuan's eyes moved from the babies to the mild traffic. Although seperating the twins from their father seed heartless and rash, he wasn't worried about the boys growing up and blaming Xu Lifen.
In fact, if the twins grew up and dared to bla Xu Lifen for taking them away from the Han family rather than being angry at the fact that their father hadn't even bothered to fight for the right to keep them,
Or even bother to take up a court case because the man had probably been thinking about how it would affect his mistress then the both of them might as well go over to the Han family and beco the sa puppets that Chen ili had turned them into in the original tiline.
Two hours later, He Yuan arrived at the new duplex in City Y. The location of the house was in a clean and calm neighborhood where everyone mostly minded their own business.
The interior decoration of the house was in shades of whites and dark browns. It also had an open floor plan where one could see the kitchen from the living room through the half wall.
The guest bedroom was located on the ground floor whilst the remaing two were upstairs. After checking out the place, He Yuan placed the babies in the new cot that had been prepared and began sorting the clothes onto the wardrobes. Halfway through..
"waa... Ahh.. AHH!"
One of the babies woke up and slowly began crying. He Yuan dashed over to the cot and after seeing it was Xu Cai, he picked up the baby and rocked him gently.
In the cot, a sleepy Xu Xiaoli stirred and opened his mouth to whimper so he grabbed a pacifier and quickly stuffed it in the boy's mouth.
Xu Xiaoli sucked on the pacifier for a few seconds before slowly falling back to sleep.
He Yuan fist bumped himself in his mind. So efficient! He had everything under control. At that mont, a weird sll hit his nose. His breath literally hitched and got stuck in his throat.
As if on cue, Xu Cai began to cry again.
"Waaaa... Aaaaahh!"
"Shh, shh," He Yuan said softly as he patted the baby's back and took him over to the changing table.
Xu Cai quietened for a second and then,
"WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!"
He Yuan's eyes widened and he quickly looked over to the cot. Seeing that Xiaoli only sucked on the pacifier so more before drifting back to sleep with slight drool at the corner of his mouth, he let out the breath he was holding.
Next, he held Xu Cai underneath his little arms and outstretched the baby in a vertical position in front of him so they were both face to face. "How can you do such a thing and cry like soone else had dumped it in there?"
Xu Cai's reply?
"WAAAAHHHHH!"
888's soft laughter filled He Yuan's head.
"Sorry, sorry, hush now." He Yuan said as he rocked Xu Cai energetically. The boy slowly stopped crying and he laid him on the changing table.
The minute he opened up the dirty diaper, He Yuan's face twisted unnaturally. What stared at him was a threatening yellow sludge sared all over the diaper and Xu Cai's little bum. He closed his eyes. "888, please remind how much a wet nurse and a servant from the agency costs in this realm?"
888 materialized a few feet away and laughed at his host's expression. "Don't stop now, you've got this rember? How hard could it be right? Well it doesn't look so hard. Go on."
Barely four hours after he'd bragged out loud, He Yuan wanted to slap himself. He had overestimated his capabilities. He hissed at his system before begrudgingly grabbing so wipes and cleaning Xu Cai's butt to the entertainnt of his system.
"Ha... Asjndaar... Qjkditskysk...."
Once He Yuan was done changing the diaper, Xu Cai began squirming and excitedly making soft baby babbles. His eyes were squinted in a happy smile and his mouth was wide open so his red gums, single growing tooth and slight drool were in full view.
He Yuan narrowed his eyes at the kid as he wiped his mouth. "You're really bold. You still dare to laugh? Next ti I'll leave you to wallow in your own body waste. Let's see how happy that'll make you!"
"Ajpwjlxu... Qlxkspw...." Xu Cai babbled happily, blew spit bubbles and waved his arms energetically.
He Yuan helplessly shook his head, stuffed a pacifier in the boy's mouth, carried him and walked over to place him next to his twin. He'd barely taken three steps away when,
"Wa... aaaa... Aaahhh!"
Xu Xiaoli woke up and from the look of things... The output was going to be really ssy.
888's eyes lit up as he burst into a laughing fit.
Over in the Han mansion;
After He Yuan and Han Wen left, Han Tao directly left the mansion with his face slightly swollen. He didn't even look back at Chen ili before leaving.
How could he when he'd stood there like a mannequin and let Xu Lifen slap him as she pleased before everyone?! His pride was hurt, his dignity was trampled upon, his manhood was challenged. He needed to vent!
In the living room, everyone looked at the entrance before so quietly disbanded to their rooms whilst others either headed to different parts of the mansion or out of the mansion altogether.
That night, Han Tao returned to the mansion quite late. Standing before his wing and Han Jinhai's wing. He contemplated a bit before walking towards his own wing with a red face. He couldn't bear to look at Chen ili after he'd embarrassed himself earlier today.
As he climbed up the stairs, he reassured himself. Him and ili were going to get married soon so sleeping together before then might not be very appropriate.
The next day, the Chens were invited over for breakfast so the news of Chen ili's pregnancy and Han Tao's wish to marry her would be broken to them.
Chen ili dressed especially well and so did Han Tao. The man's face was no longer as swollen as the day before but it was still purple in so areas.
They ran into each other on the second floor.
Han Tao stared at Chen ili with a warm smile whilst the woman in question stared at him with a concerned expression.
"Brother Tao~" She said softly before walking closer and tip toeing a little so she could gently cup his face in her hands. "Does it hurt? I was waiting for you yesterday so I could place an ice pack against your face for you but you never ca."
Embarrassnt curled in Han Tao's guts but he supressed it with a cough. His face was quite red as he said. "I was held up with work and ca back late. I didn't want to disturb you and the babies so I slept in my wing."
Chen ili nodded softly and smiled brightly at him. "Okay." Then she pouted. "But you have to inform next ti so I don't get sad..."
Han Tao chuckled, placed a soft kiss on her lips and held her waist. "Okay. Now let's go shall we? I don't want to keep my future in-laws waiting for long."
Chen ili giggled shyly. Future in-laws. She liked the sound of that. With an even brighter smile, she held hands with Han Tao before the two people happily walked down the stairs surrounded by rose bubbles and imaginary flower petals.
