The Han Madam watched everyone happily. It had been such a long ti since breakfast was this lively. Children were such blessings weren't they? After so ti, she cleared her throat. "For the planning of the event..."

Gu Longwei subsconsciouly squared his shoulders and He Yuan chuckled inwardly. That husband of Hang Rong saw the Han family as nothing more than a money cow.

He was originally a young master of the Gu family but knowing that he had neither the talent to fight for inheritance with his siblings and was incredibly lazy, he had happily married into the Han family.

The Gu patriarch had been so ashad to the extent that he disowned Gu Longwei on the spot.

Was Gu Longwei bothered about this? No, no, no. He was more than happy to depend on his wife's shares in the Han company. He'd initially had dreams of his wife bearing a son to take over the Han company but after three tries, six girls and Han Rong's weak body, he gave up on his pipe dream.

It was at monts like this that the true nature of Gu Longwei showed. He was not willing to work for the money but was so greedy. With his dream crushed, he always volunteered for planning such events in the family so he could siphon away money for himself.

Where did all this money go? Well, Gu Longwei had a secret. He had a very, very active and steamy night life.

Min Yanyu spoke up then, "Mother, how about I do it? ili is my daughter-in-law after all."

Han Rong took in her husband's crestfallen expression and looked to her Min Yanyu. "Sister Yanyu, planning such an event is no small thing. You should know that Longwei is very experienced in this area."

"True, true. Father is a really good event planner." Han Yi and Han Jiao parroted.

Gu Longwei smiled modestly. "Ah, sister-in-law, don't mind them. This is your daugh-in-law and grandchildren we're talking about here. You should plan it."

Min Yanyu looked conflicted. She was very knowledgeable in planning elite banquets but Gu Longwei was indeed very talented at this too.

The Han Madam gently tapped her walking stick. She wanted this event to turn out magnificent so she said, "How about the both of you work-"

Cough!

Cough!

Cough!

He Yuan burst into a fake coughing fit. He wanted to cut in but didn't want to be too obvious.

"A glass of water is right in front of you, why not use your head and grab it?" Han Rong said impatiently when everyone turned their attention to him.

He Yuan took a sip of the water. "Aunt Rong is so smart pointing out the obvious." Before Han Rong could spark, he turned to the Han Madam. "Ah, you were all talking about a banquet just now. Grandmother-in-law, why don't I plan the banquet for my babies."

Every single person raised their brows and Fu Lan frowned. "This... Niece-in-law, you've not planned a banquet before. How about leaving it to the more experienced people, hm?"

He Yuan shook his head. "No. I want to plan it."

SLAM!

The Han Madam hit her walking stick hard on the floor. "Xu Lifen, don't be unreasonable! What do you know?"

He Yuan deliberately rubbed his hands on his stomach to aggravate everyone as he said with a loving smile on his face, "I might not know anything but trust , only a mother knows what is best for her babies in the womb."

SMACK!

Han Jiao hit the table in anger. "What nonsense are you displaying?! The babies are in cousin ili's womb!"

"Ah?" He Yuan blinked. "I live in the Han mansion, does that make the mansion my own? The babies are living in Chen ili's womb now. It doesn't an she is their mother."

"XU LIFEN!" Han Rong scread in anger whilst everyone body else looked at He Yuan with a mixture of shock and disgust. They never believed Xu Lifen would dare to say those words out loud!

SLAM!

SLAM!

SLAM!

The Han Madam hit her stuck repeatedly in anger before glaring at He Yuan. "Such carelessness with your mouth and actions is what led you to lose our previous heir!" She turned to Min Yanyu and Gu Longwei. "The two of you, plan the event and that's final!"

"Oh." He Yuan blinked rapidly. "Grandmother-in-law. If I don't plan this banquet for my babies then my feelings would be hurt. When my feelings are hurt, I don't think very straight and I cannot control my actions.

-I wouldn't want to accidentally cause a ruckus that would embarrass the entire Han family on that day."

The Han Madam saw red. Xu Lifen was threatening her. This cursed child was threatening her Han family! Before she could open her mouth to speak, she felt a slight pain in her chest and heaved.

"MOTHER!"

"GRANDMOTHER!"

Everyone cried out and rushed to the old lady.

888 chuckled in amusent. [He Yuan, the old lady is already like this. You're going to give her a heart attack before the end of this task.]

He Yuan rely took another sip from the glass of water. The Han Madam was the one giving herself a heart attack. What was wrong with Xu Lifen planning the banquet? Chen ili wasn't even here and they were already trying to erase the biological mother of the twins from the picture.

After practically shoving so pills down her mother's throat, Han Rong turned to He Yuan in anger. "You unfilial wretch! Look what you did to mother! Are you trying to kill her? Is that your plan?!"

Everybody else were also eyeing He Yuan angrily. Even Han Yuanjun could no longer stay silent. "Xu Lifen, you have gone too far!"

He Yuan slowly stood up in a way that made the yellow dress twirl. "Since I'm no longer wanted. I would sadly leave now.

-Grandmother-in-law, please take my words into consideration. I'm uneducated and like you all strongly believe, uneducated people are brash. I'm just looking out for the Han family by saying my mind now."

With that reminder and with the steam coming from everyone, He Yuan propelled himself out of the dining hall. Before he left the premises, he heard the Han Madam scream,

"Quick, quick. Inform Han Tao that that uncouth wife of his is going wild again! She is going to be the downfall of this family!"

He Yuan rely chuckled. If only the Han Madam knew how right she was. And then he walked over to the garage.

-------------------------

He Yuan drove around different parts of the city in search of a good place to buy. Xu Lifen wanted to leave the Han family and raise her children on her ho. A great idea but... She was broke.

Xu Lifen had been a cashier who lived from hand to mouth before she married Han Tao. She ended her education at high school due to lack of funding so there was no way she would be able to get a decent paying job.

Currently, the entire amount in her account was just ¥10,000. Children were so expensive, what would that amount do? Not to ntion a house, fedding and other necessities.

In the original tiline, Xu Lifen had struggled with this issues but she'd been able to keep a smile through everything because she loved her babies. He didn't want that for her.

The plan was to look for a suitable place to open a flower shop. This was sothing Xu Lifen had experience in but, of course, that wouldn't be the main source of her inco. It was a pipe dream to think that the inco of a flower shop would be able to raise the twins.

The Han family was so rich, he didn't want them to coax the kids with money in the future so for Xu Lifen's main source of inco... The stock market.

As a forr CEO and owner of a big ti company, this was an area He Yuan excelled in. He would study the stock market and make investnts accordingly. Once it bore profits, he would buy major shares from top companies and then invest in real estate.

The real estate part was the most important. Land was an amazing investnt because it was an asset that appreciated over the years. Xu Lifen could also lease the land to farrs for a period of ti and gain passive inco too.

It was great. He could already envision the leaser and the little twins as small ti landlords. Ah... It felt good.

888 felt the strong excitent coming from his host and couldn't help but smile. It wasn't difficult to see how happy doing what he loved made He Yuan.

He Yuan spent the day scouting different areas and enjoying himself conversing with his system. Unfortunately, he didn't find any suitable place for a flower shop. He wasn't worried though. It was just sightseeing. It wasn't as if he had the money yet to buy it anyways.

Before returning to the Han mansion, he made sure to have dinner in a roadside restaurant. He wasn't ready to eat with a full house glaring at him. How was the food going to digest?

The minute He Yuan stepped into the mansion, he ran into Han Tao. The man had his arms crossed with a concerntated frown on his face.

Sword-like brows, high cheek bones, pointed nose, phoenix eyes, cool deanor.

"888, this Han Tao isn't bad looking."

In the midspace, 888 frowned at his host's words and carefully scrutinized Han Tao's features. The more he looked, the more dissatisfied he beca. In the end, he sneered. [What's so handso about him? He's still a horrible person anyways.]

He Yuan sighed. "True. Such a waste of good production."
