Despite Orion’s fury, he found himself trapped in a situation where he had to comply with Shina’s demands, including seeking insights from other experts and covertly gathering sensitive data from the research center.

He maintained a facade of calm as he found an excuse to join the LADs, in order to get stronger and gain more connections. He ended up joining Shina’s team after they kicked out their previous dic (Bertha), only to discover that Felicia was actually working for Shina Night this whole ti!

Who knew how many people inside this space were actually victims of her blackmailing?!

When the unforeseen disaster struck their world, Felicia’s past actions turned into a lifeline. This twist of fate brought a complex mix of gratitude and resentnt in Orion, as he grappled with the reality that Felicia had beco an unexpected savior.

Shina gave the mother and daughter duo a map of this place as she led them to their new mobile house, leaving behind Orion with his new task, "The beings in this new world... I want you to find out how they can survive in such extre conditions and see if it’s possible for us to apply those characteristics."

"Yes, My Lady," Orion bid farewell to his wife and daughter, then began to familiarize himself in his new ’living quarters’. Going against Felicia’s forces would be challenging, yet still doable, but Shina’s?

Impossible.

Shina’s absolute control had effectively quashed any spark of resistance within Orion. She really must have had him for a complete joke when he earnestly asked for her help to save his family from Felicia Ester’s clutches, and even revealed his plans on how he planned to do it!

anwhile on Nathaniel’s side...

While Victor stepped up and took command of the spaceship, Nathaniel beca a part of the technical group responsible for technical research and repairs. His routine was simple: dish out a few orders, demonstrate the know-how, then sneak off to a corner to doodle his day away.

|"But Sweetie...I don’t like playing hide and seek."| Nathaniel let out a heavy sigh. Standing in his little corner, he was sketching a wanted poster featuring a masked Shina Night, her bounty comically large.

|"Then let’s call it Nathaniel’s romantic pursuit of Shina Night,"| ca Bing Shi’s playful retort. |"The long separation would make him realize his feelings for her. To make it even more romantic, they will get into a heated argunt upon eting that suddenly turns into a passionate kiss."|

|"That doesn’t make any sense. Nathaniel is a cool hunter not a la chaser, and he would rather bite off his tongue than kiss Shina Night. The long separation would only make him realize how ridiculous he was for catching feelings for soone like Shina Night.|

|"You are taking it too personal.’"|

|"It’s personal, hmpf!"| retorted Lu Kai. Even though she left Nathaniel with Silvia’s soul to confuse and prevent Victor from following after her, it still hit him deeply, |"Betrayer!"|

|"Murderer!"|

|"You Hubby Betrayeeeeer!"| Lu Kai yelled out loud in frustration, |"Why do I still lovee youu so muuch?!|

|"You Wifey Murdereeeeeer!"| Bing Shi yelled back, |"I have nooo ideaaa!"|

The two were discussing ways to improve Nathaniel’s and Shina’s relationship, but everything they ca up with would end up in a disaster due to their clashing personalities.

To avoid prolonging the bet unnecessarily, they set a seven-year ti limit for themselves. If they both failed, they would both face the consequences of their high cost wager.

After Nathaniel dispatched Shina’s posters into the void of space, he continued to work on his blueprint.

These LADs didn’t have the guts to ambush another ship and steal their technology like Shina, so ard with a pencil and so high hopes, they set about upgrading their arsenal.

Back to Shina’s side...

Juliet was experiencing a jarring, tumultuous ride — the spacecraft creaking and groaning under the strain. Beside her, Felicia was jostled around, her form swaying with the violent movents of the ship.

Soon, the turbulence subsided, and the alien spacecraft stabilized, gliding smoothly toward the planet’s surface.

Juliet proceeded cautiously, relying heavily on her specialized gear; she stepped outside. Suddenly, her equipnt sprang to life, issuing urgent warnings. The display on her wrist-mounted device flickered with every red alert possible, "..."

First, a temperature warning flashed, signaling a scorching heat far beyond normal human tolerances. Another sound beeped sharply, alerting her to the toxic composition of the air. Sensors have detected harmful gasses in the atmosphere and high radiation levels.

Juliet pressed a device against the spacecraft and buried it under the ground.

Felicia looked around, "Are we at the right place?"

Plants, ranging from deep crimson to bright scarlet, seed to thrive in the extre conditions, their vibrant hues standing out starkly against the more muted colors of the rocky soil.

"The coordinates are correct."

The pair stepped forward, taking in their new surroundings.

Felicia had a hard ti adjusting to the sudden change of scenery. They had never experienced sothing as bizarre as this.

She and Juliet were on a planet, which had no na. According to their data, a half human, half animals races ruled over this planet. They lived a very primitive lifestyle, without any signs of technological developnt.

Shina didn’t want them to make any contact with them until her plan had been set in motion.

"Now, we just hide and wait for her signal?" Felicia asked.

Juliet nodded in response, looking up at the sky. Unlike the usual barrier that obscured the view, three moons hung above them, casting their strange, pale light.

"Will she really appear?

"She will."

Felicia couldn’t imagine what Shina’s plan could be. A new body? A new face? Was she really going to posses a being living here?

Felicia had a feeling that their lives were going to change once again, and they were only in the beginning.

Juliet took a step forward, "Let’s go before soone notices us."

The two of them flew on top of the tree, using its branches as a shelter. They settled down, leaning against the trunk and prepared themselves to wait for the signal.
