He could not believe that all of this had really happened in front of him. Qu Xiujie did not even think about what he would do if Old master Qu did not wake up. What would he do to save this company that was on the verge of bankruptcy?

The butler thought that he was the person who saw through Qu family the most, but he realized that no matter how much he persuaded Qu Xiujie, he did not agree to return to Qu family and only asked a few simple questions about Old master Qu’s birthday banquet.
Old lady Qu was the one who organized Old master Qu’s birthday banquet. The butler was running errands and did not know too many details.

“Butler, who sent Old Master here?”

The butler told the truth and did not hide anything from Old lady Qu. Because of this, no matter what happened in the house, Old lady Qu would not miss anything.
“Oh? Why didn’t you tell that Qu Xiujie ca back imdiately?”

She had once instructed the butler to take note of what this person wanted to do or what he planned to do no matter who ca to the Qu family. It seed like the butler had underestimated his enemy and did not trust him.
“Madam, I wanted to send so water to the study to hear what Young Master and Old Master were talking about before reporting it to you. I didn’t have ti to report it to you because of this ergency.”
The butler spoke honestly. Indeed, before he could report to Old lady Qu, Old master Qu had already fainted.
“What a trash!”

“Where’s Qu Xiujie? Why don’t I see him?”

“Why didn’t he wait for Old Master to wake up before leaving?”
Old lady Qu said as she looked at the safe exit door. The door was still shaking slightly, which ant that Qu Xiujie had not left for long. Little did she know that Qu Xiujie was standing at the door and had heard the conversation between Old lady Qu and the butler clearly.
“Young Master said that you’re here, so he’s relieved. He also said that it’s not a good ti to et you. Perhaps Young Master is afraid that he’ll quarrel with you again.”
The butler tried to explain for Qu Xiujie.
