"All you've to do is command the system to obey you!" There was a slight panic in Haya's voice.

"How am I supposed to do that?" Kali gave him a hostile look.

"Hail, activate system." Haya's reply was short and direct.

*Dum* *dum* *dum*

Kali heard soone approaching.

"System, activate!" Kali shouted and squeezing both hands together, she closed her eyes.

A second later, the system appeared in the air again.

[System activated]

[The Avatar: No. 303)

[System: Accepted]

[System: Functioning]

[The Avatar: A Dragon]

[Goodbye]

"Now, use your skills!" Haya commanded Kali.

Kali felt her stomach tighten after all the stress Haya was giving her, 'why do I've to deal with idiot n?' Her hands beca clammy.

"System, obey!" She scread into the air with eyes filled with darkness.

[System activated: Avatar accepted]

[Select function]

The voice of the system waited for Kali's decision.

This wasn't an easy task, because Kali was trying to find out which abilities belonged to her.

"What should I do now?" Her hands were wet and shaking while her breathing beca heavier.

"Command it." Haya turned to Lucas to see what he was doing.

"The Sy - System, I command you to turn back into a dragon!" Kali's voice was stuttering.

With Kali's last words, the system replied.

[Command accepted.]

[The Avatar: No303]

[Energy: 300]

[Power: 100]

[The command: Boost]

[Skills: Loading]

The system sounded like it was updating itself.

Kali's body lifted into the air

Her soft, gentle hands turned into large, sharp claws. Within seconds, Kali's pearly white human skin transford into a huge reptile with leather-like wings that fluttered in the wind to balance in the air. The pink dragon had scales that shaped its body to protect it from attack.

Lucas was fascinated when he saw its fingers with slowly extending claws. He lifted his gaze and t Kali's eyes and those eyes...

The pink dragon had vertical pupils that were a dark yellow color. They reminded Lucas of the sun and trees colliding, it looked fascinating.

[System Upgrade]

[The Pink Saphyre]

[Skills: Destructive Fire]

[Additional Skills: Flying]

[New Skills: Hypnosis]

[Strength: 2000]

[Energy: 2000]

The system disappeared into thin air again and didn't bother to make any further updates.

In a few seconds, Kali looked down four ters at Lucas and Haya. She was now slightly taller than before, and she had a new ability.

"Hypnosis... Wow, what does it do?" Lucas asked her with his head held high, she was even taller in his eyes.

"I don't know, it probably has sothing to do with this place." Kali's voice was sore again, her human body was gone for another ti.

"No ti to waste, hey mushroom, climb on the dragon and let's get out of here." Haya gave another command.

There was no ti to lose, for no one knew what this other monster would be now, and no one was in a fighting mood now.

Lucas didn't reply this ti and saw fit to leave this matter for another ti, "Understood." He nodded and turned to Kali. "You don't mind if I jump on your back, do you?" He asked her gently, considering her feelings

"Roaaar..." Kali's voice was no longer hers.

"Eh? Is that a yes?" Lucas scratched his forehead.

"Roaaar...." Kali lost her human voice.

No words ca out of her mouth, so Lucas couldn't understand her. "Rooaar!" Kali roared again, but this ti louder and hysterical.

She felt strange, in a few seconds she lost her human ability; to speak. 'No, no, no!' Her inner thoughts were still the sa, she could think but not speak.

"Kali...?" Lucas froze for a mont.

He didn't understand what was wrong with Kali, she looked more like a dragon now than before. He took a few steps back, took a deep breath and asked, "Kali, can't you talk to anymore?" His voice trembled.

"She's upgraded, she won't be able to talk, for now, I've seen it before with Blue." Haya interrupted him. "Now jump on Kali and let's get out of here." He added.

"Blue...?" Lucas paused. "Kali, if you can understand , please nod."

Kali nodded.

"Okay, so we'll get on your back and take ourselves to the city of the elves."

Kali nodded again.

At the mont she'd no ti to worry about her voice, she'd deal with that matter later.

Lucas walked behind Kali and there was a long tail connected to Kali's back. He put his arm on her lizard skin and pulled his body forward.

With his strength, he was already on the tail of a dragon. He stepped one foot forward and one back, "wow" he exclaid as he slowly slid backwards

Kali saw Lucas struggling and lifted her tail in the air, Lucas' body slid towards Kali's head.

Kali nodded.

Haya put one of his feet back and pushed his body forward, he jumped into the air and with one big kick he was already on Kali's back.

It was much easier for him to get on Kali's back than for Lucas.

"Kali, you can start now," Haya called to Kali.

Kali flapped her wings and in a few seconds they were all in the air. The pressure on Lucas' face made his face move, it contorted into a grimace against his own will.

"Just hold still!" Haya shouted to Lucas.

When they were forty tres from the ground, Lucas looked down and saw a black looking dragon running in the direction they were heading, "What's that?" Lucas gasped.

"The recent presence of Izek recalls the dark existence of this place," Haya replied.

"What's the dark presence?" Shouted Lucas as he found it increasingly difficult to breathe air.

"Izek's old doings."
