Third POV—
Maria was livid. She should have killed the count when she was posing as a maid in his mansion. The count was as slimy as a snake. He always doubted her. Even after taking so many precautions, she was caught by the count. Not that he could do anything, but for the first ti in her unblemished career, her identity was exposed. If she was a little more vigilant then, she could have really avoided it. Not only that but also, she could have stopped the bombing plan. After killing so guards, she found out about the plan from them. Heriedieck was a human shit who only deserved death. The more she spent ti in the mansion, the more she found herself disgusted with him.
On top of that, Maria was experiencing bad dreams lately. Her nightmares felt so real, like it could consu her entire being. At first, she denied it to true. But one day, she found so docunts about Her Majesty which really matched her dream. Disbelief slowly changed into unacceptance. She couldn’t believe her dreams would match with reality. When she asked about those docunts to the guards, they replied the sa statent again and again.
’I don’t know anything a-about the d-docunts...’
She didn’t get any information about the origin of the docunts but she did find the place, where Heriedieck was hiding. Without any delay, she headed towards his hiding place. But she didn’t find him. Instead, she found a very familiar woman groaning on the floor. It was Her Majesty.
Maria rushed towards her and sat near her, examining her. She cradled her in her arms and yelled, "Your Majesty! Are you alright? What happened to you?" She moved her gaze across the room and found no one to be present there except them.
Sharon, whose vision was blurred and thinking capacity diminished, thought it was Kaerin. She was hit by her heat so strongly that she couldn’t even maintain disguise.
