After listening to her son's speculation, Julia furrowed her delicate brows. Her son's guess had so rit, but if it was truly Jimmy who was behind it, why wouldn't Jimmy tell Rachel and them about it? Why make Rachel and her husband worry?

"Mom, how credible do you think my speculation is?"

Ivan's deep, black eyes flickered slightly, his sharp and keen gaze bursting forth.

Despite his youthful appearance that couldn't hide his handso features, his face remained as steady as a mountain. Inside, he was anxious and worried for Camila's safety, but outwardly, there was no trace of panic. His slightly thin lips pressed together, resembling Glades Horne, and his strong physique stood tall like a poplar tree, seeming ready to face the storm.

Julia pondered. From her analysis, she found it unlikely.

Jimmy was a sensible child; he wouldn't do such a thing. Wasn't it just making both families worry for nothing?

But she had a nagging feeling that this matter indeed had so relation to the Inferno Gate. She had heard her husband ntion that the defense system and anti-scouting capabilities of the Inferno Gate were extrely strong, not sothing ordinary people could accomplish. Whatever Inferno Gate did, they always left no trace, no news, making it difficult for people to grasp even after exhausting all guesses.

Camila had been missing until now, and they had not found any information about it.

"Ivan, let call your dad first and have him analyze it."

Julia decided to throw this problem to her shrewd and cunning husband.

"Mom, why not call Auntie and Uncle first? Uncle is the leader of the Inferno Gate; he should have a way to confirm this matter," Ivan Horne said in a deep voice that sounded much like Glades Horne's, magnetic and pleasant to the ear. Though he was still growing and his voice had started to deepen and coarsen, it still retained so of that quality when he spoke in a low voice.

Julia, who was about to call Glades Horne, paused upon hearing her son's suggestion and changed her mind, deciding to call Adele across the ocean first.

Upon hearing that it was very likely her future daughter-in-law, Camila Ruiz, who had gone missing, Adele imdiately pestered Noah Reyes, urging him to gather information and verify her nephew's speculations.

She also wanted to take this opportunity to learn about Jimmy's situation.

Noah Reyes had no choice but to intervene forcefully in the base's secret communications network as the leader, although it took a long ti to contact Kay Kennal. Despite the ti spent, he managed to get the information he wanted.

Her son was alive and well, and from Kay Kennal's mouth, he even caught a hint of gnashing teeth, indicating that not only was his son alive, but he also stirred mixed feelings among people like Kay Kennal. Camila's disappearance was indeed her son's doing.

Kay Kennal's words confird Ivan's bold guess.

Everyone was greatly surprised to learn that it was Jimmy Horne who had taken Camila.

Hansen Ruiz and his wife were furious, barely stopping themselves from jumping up to curse Jimmy Horne.

The rascal, after ten years, still loved to bully their daughter like this!

It was late at night when Glades Horne and his family of three left the Ruiz Family ho.

"You've changed a lot, it seems."

A voice full of drowsiness and yawns echoed atop the rock. Feeling terribly sleepy, Camila Ruiz wanted to rest as the cool sea breeze lulled her into drowsiness while she sat there.

Sidelong, he watched her, capturing her daintiness and weariness completely in his gaze. Jimmy Horne quietly lifted his hand, gently wrapping it around her shoulder, intending to pull her into his embrace so she could lean against him and rest. Yet as soon as he placed his arm around her, his handso face turned an unnatural shade of red, prompting him to quickly withdraw his hand.

"People change with the environnt."

Withdrawing his gaze, Jimmy found his heart pounding wildly.

Camila Ruiz said nothing more.

His words carried a hint of worldly weariness that pained her heart once again.

In the distance, a plane landing sound suddenly resonated.

Oscar Evans had returned.

"The old man is back. Let's go inside," Jimmy said, standing up first, jumping down from the rock. He then opened his arms toward Camila, signaling for her to jump into his embrace.

Camila Ruiz slid down the rock by herself, needing no help from him.

His black eyes flickered with a slight hint of disappointnt but quickly returned to normal. Jimmy walked beside Camila, accompanied by the black and white wolf dogs, heading toward the three-story old building.

From the earlier conversation, it was understood that the "Little White" and "Black Spidy" Jimmy ntioned were indeed these two wolf dogs, raised by Jimmy himself, who were very close to him.

Camila Ruiz found it amusing how Jimmy nad his pets. The yellow-black striped python was nad Finn, which was fitting. But the na "Black Spidy" made one think of a web-spinning spider, while in reality, it was a large black wolf dog.

These two wolf dogs always helped Jimmy hunt small wild animals, allowing him to return with plenty when foraging. Strangely, Camila Ruiz felt no fear towards them, instead feeling a sense of closeness and gratitude she couldn't quite explain.

Inside, the few Demons had not yet rested; they sat on the sofa out of boredom, with Kay Kennal randomly pressing the TV remote, yet only three channels showing programs they weren't interested in.

Seeing Jimmy and Camila enter, the lazy Finn imdiately heaved his heavy body towards Jimmy.

At the sight of Finn, Camila instinctively moved closer to Jimmy, fearing Finn might suddenly attack her.

Jimmy affectionately patted Finn's snake head, and Finn seed to understand what that gesture ant, imdiately turning its head and climbing the stairs. Despite its length and bulk, its speed on the stairs was quite impressive.

In a matter of monts, Finn vanished from the first-floor lobby.

Camila Ruiz seed to hear several sighs of relief.

Startled, she glanced at the n but saw nothing unusual, thinking she might have heard wrong.

Oscar Evans dragged in several large bags full of items.

They were all won's products.

Jimmy ticulously checked Oscar Evans' haul to ensure all items were of guaranteed quality, with the clothes having been dry-cleaned. Despite the Demons' ruthlessness, they were indeed ticulous in this regard.

His expression softened considerably. Upon seeing several packages of items he didn't recognize, wrapped in blue and red mixed packaging labeled "Always," he curiously picked one up to inspect.

What is this?

Jimmy squeezed it, feeling many soft, cotton-like small packages inside without any hard substance.

Camila Ruiz, holding a light purple dress, planning to change into it after a bath, involuntarily looked up to see Jimmy examining the package of "Always" with great curiosity and seriousness. Her face flushed imdiately.
