Two days later, the prosecutor’s appeal application was successful, and the second trial officially began.

Looking at herself dressed formally in front of the mirror, Jiang Tong took a deep breath and gently touched the prosecutor badge on her chest.

As she turned around again, a hint of coldness flashed in her peach blossom eyes, and her usually carefree face beca serious and dignified.

"Sister Tong, soone just sent over so docunts, saying it was for you."

Just out of the dressing room, Shen Xiu ca up to her.

Docunts?

"Is it signed? Who sent it to ?" Jiang Tong frowned slightly, puzzled.

She didn’t rember buying anything or asking anyone for any docunts.

"Yes, it’s said to be sent by the director of Xiehe Hospital." A complex look flashed in Shen Xiu’s eyes.

The events of the day they went to the hospital were still vivid in their minds.

He didn’t believe that Yuan Qian would send anything good to Jiang Tong.

Upon hearing this, Jiang Tong blinked in surprise.

Yuan Qian sent her docunts?

Could it be that after returning ho that day, he was enraged and sent her a threatening letter?

The more she thought about it, the more plausible it seed. "Alright, I’ll take a look now."

Speaking, Jiang Tong cautiously opened the docunt bag, fearing it might contain dismbered animal parts.

After fully opening it, there were only two sheets of paper inside.

She casually pulled out one sheet, which made her eyes widen in astonishnt.

This was Li Changhui’s birth certificate, and it was another original from the hospital.

Really?

Yuan Qian had received benefits from Li Changhui, would he be so kind?

Jiang Tong then pulled out the other sheet, and after reading its contents, a look of understanding flashed on her face.

This one was an apology letter from the hospital to her and Shen Xiu.

It stated that their senior leadership had beco aware of Yuan Qian’s wrongdoing and had already dismissed him, hoping for their forgiveness and so on.

Overall, it was full of sincerity, and Jiang Tong was no longer so angry.

Her goodwill towards the Bao Family’s senior leadership increased instantly.

Now with all the docunts in hand, the battle later would be much easier.

...

In the courtroom, everyone was in their place, Shen Anru sat opposite Jiang Tong and gave her a provocative glance.

Receiving her gaze, Jiang Tong curled her lips in a mocking smile.

She hoped that Shen Anru would still be able to smile like now later.

"Upon review, the identities and authorization of the above parties and litigation representatives are consistent with the procedures conducted before the trial, the parties have raised no objections, the court attendance qualification is valid, and participation in litigation is permitted. The trial is now open."

The judge, with a stern look, solemnly read the notes and announced the start of the trial.

"Does the prosecutor have any supplents to the first trial judgnt?"

Jiang Tong nodded, "Yes, the prosecutor requests the defendant to recount the events again."

Upon hearing her request, Shen Anru’s eyes sharpened.

Recounting again?

What was Jiang Tong planning?

Thinking thus, she gave a look to Li Changhui, indicating for him to follow her instructions.

"Approved, the defendant is requested to recount the events again."

Li Changhui glanced at Shen Anru, his face calm, "It was Chen Lexiongxi who seduced first, that day after school, she stopped at the school gate, pulled into an alley, and began various sexual suggestions."

"Defendant, according to those in the know, the victim Chen Lexiongxi is an introverted person, how is it possible for her to do such a thing to you?"

Jiang Tong lightly tapped the table with one hand, slowly guiding him.
