Matthew smiled, "You have all made the terrible mistake of underestimating , little church. You’ve been preparing for millions of years, looking for ways to break our encirclent to prevent my resurgence. But when you see re-erge, you start playing like idiots behind foolish threats."
"Truly, you are idiots. You cannot asure or steal my ability to grow, little ones. You don’t know my abilities but think you can beat . You don’t know my history, but think you’re steps ahead of ." Matthew stood up next to Charlotte and walked a little to the front.
"In the end, it all cos down to you guys underestimating . I don’t know what kind of stupid stories you sold to these gullible idiots, making them believe that I have betrayed the race. But I will open your eyes, you little bastards." He said, waving his hand to the side, opening a nearby door.
A tall woman, belonging to the elven race, passed by. She walked over to where Matthew was, and he simply sank his teeth into her neck.
His ability was activated, and soon a transformation began. One that was no longer painful.
Sohow, it was now incredibly pleasurable to those who felt it, but it was a kind of pleasure that could steal their minds and hijack their feelings.
Still, as the elf fell to the ground and writhed for a few minutes, her elven features seed to blur out of nowhere, and a vampiric presence began to be felt from her body.
"I am the master of this race, little church. Why would I betray the race created by my own power?"
"My father created it and cented it. I inherited his legacy. A legacy that transfers to the ownership of this race. Why would I betray it? I am the Progenitor of you all."
"You have made a big mistake, little church. The mistake of not understanding what you are up against. And that is going to sentence you." He smiled and allowed the newly vampire-transford woman to step aside, remaining in the custody of Charlotte’s power.
The King and the others who witnessed this, except the Pillar, were shocked.
They couldn’t help but take a step back and wonder what the hell they had just seen.
Soone had transford an elf into a vampire out of thin air. No, it’s not "soone" it’s Matthew Dietrich.
The sa one who has been dubbed a traitor by them all!
They couldn’t help but look at the Pillar man and ask what was happening, but he didn’t answer.
’So at the end of it all, yes, he was the Heir to that power. With such an ability, it’s only natural that he managed to turn things around here.’
If suddenly the supposed "traitor" appeared in front of you and showed you that not only was he not a traitor, but he is the one who supports the race the most, it is normal for you to doubt your superiors and realize that they are the traitors.
For they are trying to kill nothing more and nothing less than the very God of the race.
The Progenitor is the only one who can make the race flourish!
So doubt was planted in the heart of the King and everyone.
It was only a doubt. Easily dispelled.
They still didn’t understand Matthew’s true power, and he wouldn’t explain it to them.
For now, it was fine as it was. For now, what they knew was more than enough.
Matthew then ignored the pillar, still trying to eliminate Charlotte’s ability, and looked towards the King.
"Although there seems to be soone here who is not like you all." He spoke.
"Hm?" Charlotte frowned and looked in the direction where he was looking.
He was looking at the king’s bodyguard, a man completely covered in black.
’Since when is he there?’ Charlotte frowned. She couldn’t feel him.
"You won’t reveal that even my wife’s ability hasn’t affected you?" Matthew asked, stunning everyone.
The Pillar stopped trying to strain and looked back.
’He’s...’ His body shuddered slightly as he realized who it was.
"Hehe." A chuckle ca out from under the hood. "If you said all that after knowing I’m here and your wife’s ability hasn’t affected , then I don’t know if you’re stupid or very arrogant."
His hand moved to remove his hood. Underneath was a good-looking man with a cropped hairstyle and a mark on the right side of his face.
When the Pillar saw him, his body trembled.
"L-L-L-Lord!" He tried to kneel, but his body could barely lean forward a few degrees before he could not move again.
The man looked at this and clicked his tongue. "You sha our Clan, " he said, waving his hand. "Move." Said, allowing him to move.
Still, Matthew raised his hand at that mont, while Charlotte did. Two powers erged from their hands and collided with the power that sought to interfere with the ability.
The blast then sent the Pillar flying to the side, but it was unable to move on its own.
"A stranger who wants to co and rule in my territory, that doesn’t sit well, you know?" Charlotte said, frowning, and squeezed her hand. "On my chessboard, everyone must obey ."
This intensified the power that rested on all of them, and many fell to their knees, but the man in front of them was unaffected.
Matthew indicated to her that it was okay and smiled.
"You must be one of the true Pillars of the other side, right? Or at least you’re being trained for that."
"Heh. If you like, you can call Alfred Hill, Matthew Dietrich."
"Oh. A Hill, huh. No wonder you can bypass Charlotte’s ability. So you have an evolved ability, one that can cut through anything. Including a control ability."
Alfred was a little surprised that he knew that.
"Not bad, Matthew Dietrich. That’s right. I’m the grandson of God Hill, the only one who managed to overthrow the Dietrich Dynasty. How does it feel to et the new generation that rules the world after your fall?"
