Imdiately, Matthew frowned. 'A Saint Clan of a race, allied with the enemies of the sa race...' Thinking about this made him travel back in ti.
To the ti when he was in the Academy Library. There, he had managed to read a few books that, put together with this new knowledge and what the Dietrich he t in that place where he was receiving his abilities ntioned to him, made him connect the dots.
'Could it be that this Saint Clan is the cause of Dietrich's downfall? A Hill Clan...' Matthew soon gripped his hair tightly as if he wanted to pull it out because of the discomfort he felt.
His family had perhaps been exterminated by a Clan Hill. A Clan from the past, extrely powerful, but he couldn't even rember them.
He was angry with himself and almost lost control, but he quickly got himself under control and sighed.
'Tsk, I don't know if it's that I'm embarrassing or there's sothing else here that I can't see.' He shook his head and looked at Isla.
"Can you tell anything about the Hill Clan? Honestly... I don't rember anything anymore."
Isla smiled but shook her head. "No, actually I don't rember any more from there either. I only know that the Vampire Prosperity Organization is powerful because it worked with a Saint Clan. And these mories that co to are not from images; it's just information."
Matthew sighed and shook his head. 'I'm a little more stressed now than I was before. There are so many new things that are bothering .'
At that mont, Isla stopped. "Oh. Academic World is about to open." She said suddenly, drawing Matthew's attention.
He looked up ahead. They had walked to the backyard, towards the back, behind a bunch of trees that had ford a building by themselves. There, he noticed that a strange and extrely small glow was forming.
'Sun?'
Undoubtedly, the glow was the glow of the sun, but it looked as if the slits of a door were just barely opening.
"What is the Academic World?"
Isla thought about it for a mont. "Hmm... A world? I don't rember exactly, but I think it was a World created by the Great Dietrich. But in that world, unlike ours, the sun is permanently there. There are vast amounts of books there, there's a huge outdoor library, Matt." She said, smiling softly.
But then, one more mory ca to her, and she frowned. 'Going in it? It hasn't opened...'
Confused, she looked at Matthew, but after looking at him for several seconds, she couldn't rember anything and decided that these strange thoughts and mories ant nothing.
In the end, she smiled.
"It will be a while before it opens, but I'm sure there will be a lot of information there. You should know that everything inside the Academic World is what belonged to the Clan years ago. No books or any knowledge that didn't co from Dietrich can go in there, so I think you'll be able to rember a lot of things."
She tried to cheer him up after seeing that Matthew was stressed about not getting answers, which made Matthew smile.
He walked over to Isla, lightly stroked her face, and gently kissed her. "As long as my little treasure stays the sa, I don't need more."
She was stunned but smiled, lowering her head in embarrassnt and nodding softly. "Hn."
Just then, Matthew heard a slight commotion behind them.
"Alice, I swear he's here; I couldn't mistake my husband's presence! Besides, I've played with Isla often; I recognize her aura." Alessa's voice ca from far away, pulling Alice with her.
Soon, they were both out the door leading to the courtyard and in full view of each other.
Alessa's countenance lit up widely as if she had seen the most beautiful thing her eyes could see. She flew off at high speed. "Matt!"
Joyfully, she jumped on him, hugging him directly without a care for the other people there.
"I've missed you, Matt! Why hadn't you been looking for !?" The smile and the way this beautiful lady spoke made all of Matthew's stressed countenance imdiately retreat.
He couldn't help but smile as he held her so she wouldn't fall, but then he saw Alessa get off. When he thought she was going to apologize, she suddenly dropped to her knees and pulled out a strange ring.
The ring looked simple but had an extrely beautiful gemstone, which looked stunning. It was like looking at a vast, towering mountain. God knows how that ring was made.
But that wasn't the amazing thing.
"Oh, beloved Matt, will you marry ? It's okay if we get engaged. I'll be 18 soon, and we'll get married then." She said.
Her words and actions shocked Matthew, Isla, and Alice.
'This girl... So that's what she was planning!' Alice was so shocked that she couldn't move to control her.
And Alessa wastes no ti. If you let her off the hook for a second, she'll do her thing.
This ti, she grabbed Matthew's hand and imdiately put the ring where he had put it on Alice and Isla before. She didn't even wait for confirmation; she didn't care about that. Why would he refuse? And if he did, she would try again until he agreed.
In her beautiful mind, the truth was that the Ring would only fit on Matthew's finger.
The Ring imdiately fit perfectly as soon as it was placed there as if it had a built-in chanism to fit any finger.
But that was only the least of the issues. As soon as it fit on his finger, Matthew felt his spirit rging with it. Even the ring itself slightly cut his finger and consud that blood, suddenly making Matthew feel as if he was sitting on a Grand Throne.
That made him almost spit blood. He opened his eyes wide and looked at Alessa.
"This... Alessa... Just one thing... May I know if this is a treasure from your world?" he asked quizzically.
Alessa was imnsely pleased to see that Matthew did not reject her. "Does this an you accept , Matt?" She asked with infinite joy.
"First, answer the question."
She imdiately nodded. "Of course, Matt." After saying this, she stood up.
"Yes, it's a treasure. Actually, it is the greatest treasure in the Spirit World. They call it: Ring of the Supre. With this, you can Rule the Supre Castle."
"Hehe, I stole it from the elders."
"Pufffft!"
