Of course, he knew that Allen didn’t even need their assistance since from what he knew about not only Allen in this tiline but also in the future tiline, Allen could easily deal with the Supre Academy.
Asther could guess a lot of reasons as to why Allen didn’t do that and instead, founded the resistance but in the end, it would only be a guess so he decided to observe Allen’s actions and find out why he didn’t demolish the Supre Academy when he could do that easily.
