Fang Lian furrowed her brow in thought before speaking. "The main base of the Silver Fox Sect is located deep within the Black Veil Forest, about four hours northeast of this city."
"It's hidden within the dense woods of that forest, protected by natural barriers and layered with their own formations. Only those familiar with the terrain and their tricks can find it and enter inside safely."
Shen Yuan nodded, his gaze sharp. "Black Veil Forest, huh? Figures they'd choose a place like that. The environnt suits their thods—dark, deceptive, and dangerous."
Fang Lian added, "The forest itself is perilous. It's not just the terrain; the sect has placed sentinels and traps throughout the area. Getting close to their base unnoticed will be next to impossible for a cultivator."
Shen Yuan smirked with confidence. "All their traps and preparations will be useless when even their own space won't be with them. Just watch and see."
He turned toward Xueyan, stroking her smooth fur. "Let's head out, Xueyan. We'll scout the place first before I get to work on their precious formation."
Xueyan growled softly in agreent, her wings twitching in anticipation. Without wasting any more ti, Shen Yuan leapt onto her back and looked down at Fang Lian. "You'll follow on the Northern Wind Horse, right? I'll circle the area first. Catch up as quickly as you can, but don't enter; you are too weak to fight there."
Fang Lian saluted respectfully. "Yes, Young Master."
With a powerful beat of her wings, Xueyan launched into the sky, the sheer force of her ascent sending a gust of wind through the surrounding trees.

After a mont, he pointed toward a faint shimr barely visible in the distance. "There. That has to be the entrance."

Shen Yuan felt like cursing at her remark, but he shook his head, "I'll handle it." He gently patted Xueyan's neck. "Take us closer, but stay high enough to avoid detection."
Xueyan rumbled in acknowledgnt, descending slowly while keeping a safe altitude. After dropping to the ground, she made her body smaller and jumped to sit on Shen Yuan's shoulder.
"Heh, you want to join in on the fun as well?" Shen Yuan said with a smile before moving forward.
As they approached the shimring point of interest, Shen Yuan extended his senses, his Space Intent rippling outward.

"I know, Lan'er. But are you forgetting what I have up my sleeves?" he said with a smile as Xueyan hovered silently above the barrier.

"Exactly." Shen Yuan took a deep breath as he stood atop Xueyan, gazing at the shimring barrier that marked the entrance to the Silver Fox Sect's hidden base.
He activated Spatial Camouflage Veil, bending the light and Essence around him to seamlessly blend with the environnt. The barrier shimred faintly under his heightened perception, but his presence was now entirely concealed.
"This should hold for now," Shen Yuan muttered as Xueyan circled back to maintain a safe distance. He gently leapt off her back, his movents silent as he landed gracefully on the ground below.

As the shimring barrier ca closer, Shen Yuan activated Void Steps, the space beneath his feet rippling as he seed to step out of reality itself.
Each stride brought him closer to the barrier without disturbing the ground or alerting the sentinels nearby.
His Spatial Intent erupted faintly, allowing him to attune to the spatial anomalies woven into the barrier's intricate patterns.
"Interesting design," Shen Yuan mused, extending his senses. The barrier wasn't just a physical deterrent but an interwoven mix of illusions, alarms, and spatial traps.
