With those words, he turned and glanced at Kranos, signaling him to speak.

"Hey everyone," Kranos began, trying to sound casual and youthful—like a thirteen-year-old—even though his true age was far beyond that. "I’ll be giving each of you so cultivation techniques to practice over the next six months. The top five who show the most progress will receive cultivation resources and personal guidance from ."

But in the next instant, their expressions twisted into disbelief.

Without warning, Kranos released his suppressed aura.

The pressure was imnse. It hit them like a tidal wave, crushing down on their bodies and minds, making it difficult to breathe.

He didn’t have ti to waste with these cultivators. If it weren’t for the need to accumulate points, he wouldn’t have even bothered with this task.

Just as so of them were about to collapse, Kranos withdrew his aura. A collective gasp filled the air as the suffocating force vanished.

He reached into his spatial ring and handed a collection of cultivation techniques and mana stones to the dean.

"Let them choose whichever cultivation technique suits them best," he said nonchalantly, tossing the ring to the elder before falling silent once more.

Ju Ming, watching from the side, could only give a helpless smile. A mont later, he whispered sothing to the dean through sound transmission and left with Kranos.

...

A week passed since Kranos had returned to the outskirts of the safe haven. At this point, his ti cultivation path had reached its peak, and there was no clear path forward. With that thought, he instantly teleported into the system space.

In a flash, he appeared before the familiar ancient box. Without hesitation, he thrust his hand into it. A powerful, familiar sensation surged through him. This was his fourth ti, and though it still felt otherworldly, it no longer startled him.

Soon, another ancient scroll similar to the others appeared in his hand, Kranos still didn’t realise how this seemingly ordinary scroll could ignore ti and appear in his hand but he didn’t ponder on it too much, he rolled down the scroll and began reading it’s contents.

At the top, in glowing letters, were the words:

Ti Core Realm.

The details of the cultivation technique flowed directly into his mind. This ti, however, was different from the earlier experiences. Instead of needing to study the scroll manually, the writings flashed and engraved themselves into his mory.

Yet, even after receiving the information, Kranos could barely understand any of it.

CThe only words he could carveout from the engravings was how to break through into the ti core realm, as for the others he would have to slowly decipher it.

Kranos began contemplating on the word he could understand from the writings, He focused on the single word he could understand from the manual which was engravings, engravings? What engravings? Could it be similar to my breakthrough into the golden core realm? Kranos wondered inwardly, he imdaitely decided to try it out.

Slowly he began trying to sense the essence of ti, although just like mana the essence of ti was everywhere it was very difficult to sense, Moreover Kranos had to guide it and engrave it into his ti core which he had condensed through Fusing the ti foundations just like the mana foundations from before, then step into the ti core realm.

To clarify this, stepping into the ti core realm requires one to fuse their foundation and form a core. However, upon completing the process, they can only be considered a half-step golden/ti core realm practitioner.

Only by comprehending the word ’engrave’ could they completely step into the golden/ti core realm.

It was at this mont kranos finally understood why he couldn’t advance his mana cultivation. He also understood he was actually still a half-step golden core realm expert. Kranos sighed wryly. He felt this next step would undoubtedly be a very difficult process.

He sighed once again, then looked around and prepared to enter seclusion once again. He had a feeling the six-month break he gave himself wouldn’t be enough to achieve this breakthrough.

Closing his eyes, he began cultivating and ditating on the essence of ti. He could feel traces of it when using his abilities, and the system had a thod of storing it within his body.

Wait that’s right, the system! Kranos imdiately had a realisation. If he could figure out how the system stored the essence of ti and converted it into ti points, he might be able to understand how to engrave that essence into his Ti Dantian and form his core.

And so, two months passed.

One morning, Kranos sat up abruptly.

No more! I will just be wasting my ti! Kranos sighed as he stood up angrily... Over the past two months he had tried studying how the ti points ca about, every hour he studied but to no avail. He couldn’t grasp the idea at all, it was as though the ti points were magically coming from sowhere.

Wait! Sowhere? Since i can’t sense ti why don’t i go the extra mile and sense ti? Kranos thoughts imdiately sparked with inspiration.

Although this would drastically reduce his ti points Kranos felt that if he broke through his affinity to ti would increase more and he would be stronger, such a significant loss wouldn’t matter then.

Putting thoughts into action, he began using every ti-related ability in his arsenal—pausing ti, accelerating it slightly, slowing it down—all in an effort to understand the deeper principles at work.

His ti points was dwindling rapidly but... it working, Kranos was amazed inwardly... As he used his ti abilities more he could faintly feel the connection to ti when he used the abilities, his comprehension of the abilities was also increasing rapidly.

He continued like this for over the span of two months, at tis, Kranos would stop for hours or even days after executing a ti ability to ponder on it as though he was comprehending sothing, then he would continue executing his ti abilities.

Suddenly Kranos’ eyes shut open, now! He scread inwardly and shot his hand forward like an arrow that had been released from it’s bow.

In that mont, he had done it.

He had grasped a strand of ti.

His hand rapidly corroded, withering from the powerful force—but Kranos smiled. He had finally succeeded. He had absorbed the essence of ti.

But the next mont, his expression changed dramatically.

"Not good!"

He realized that the strand of ti was rapidly becoming chaotic inside his body, he hadn’t directed the strand of ti and thought it would naturally head to the Ti Core on its own.

Kranos was forced to expel the unstable essence, injuring several of his ridians in the process.
