But, this ti instead of looking so young, the Kranos before him was a middle-aged man. Kranos could feel a dreadful aura coming from the man. The man stared at Kranos for a mont, and without a word, he silently moved. His figure cracked apart space, and even the skies darkened slightly. The next mont, his palm headed towards Kranos’ skull.
Kranos was quite calm and imdiately paused the man’s movents. But he didn’t expect that the man’s movent wouldn’t be restricted; the man’s palm instantly slapped at Kranos’ skull, smashing him into bloodmist. Before Kranos could react, he was destroyed!
Ti seed still for a mont, but the next instant everything began to move backwards. Ti was rewinding. Soon, the world returned to the mont before Kranos had died. As soon as he killed the young ’Kranos,’ he turned to the direction where the man had approached.
This ti he could react in ti, and since he had a rough estimate of the man’s strength, he knew how to defeat him.
Just like before, the man’s palm slapped towards him; however, Kranos used his newly mastered Ti Movent Technique and appeared in another location, like he had always been there.
The man looked stunned. But since he had lost his chance at a sneak attack, he could no longer defeat Kranos. Just as he wanted to turn around, he realized that ti had paused! He couldn’t move anymore.
He tried to move his body, but it was all to no avail. The man began to age rapidly, but this ti he was aging... in reverse?
Kranos stared at the man curiously while trying out a new skill he had also thought of. In the blink of an eye, the man’s cultivation receded rapidly, and he beca a mortal.
Kranos’ eyes widened in shock as he stared at this; he was shocked to discover that he was so powerful that he could make one return to the mont they began cultivating! Such strength was truly terrifying!
After that, Kranos continued to rewind the man’s ti, and soon he returned to a child. Ti continued to flow in reverse, and soon the man turned to dust! Kranos was slightly terrified of his powers as he stared at his outstretched hands.
Taking a deep breath, Kranos began to walk towards the mountain. However, if one looked closely, they would notice sothing extrely strange: despite the fact that Kranos was moving, his hair and robes weren’t fluttering!
In order not to endanger himself, Kranos had paused ti... everywhere! This was the power of ti, the power of absolute control! Since ti was paused, Kranos no longer encountered any enemies.
Even though he could sense them through a peculiar new ability he ca up with called... Ti Sense, they couldn’t approach him.
Ti Sense was an ability that used the flow of ti to detect everything in the surroundings that possessed life. Coming up with this ability, Kranos realized that since every living thing had life in them, they definitely needed ti to exist.
After pondering on the details more, Kranos created this unique ability.
Aside from that, since ti was paused, the will of the world could no longer stop him, and Kranos had climbed onto the mountain! Reaching the top of the mountain, Kranos saw that there was nothing in sight.
From below, if one looked at the mountain, they would only feel that it was a normal mountain with vegetations, insects, and so on.
However, standing atop the mountain, Kranos noticed the land that stretched endlessly. The world was so vast that he couldn’t comprehend how much ti it would take him to traverse the mountain.
Since he had seen what was atop the mountain and that it couldn’t help him escape this world, Kranos decided to head down the mountain and search for other ans of leaving the unique world he found himself in.
Just as he made that decision and turned back, he realized that... behind him was a vast stretch of endless plains! The whole terrain had changed! Kranos’ eyes widened in surprise. At this mont, he realized... he was trapped!
Trapped by the decision he made!
Many thoughts imdiately sprang into his mind. He muttered inwardly, Since the decision I made trapped in an endless world, I have no regrets... I will follow through with my decision until the end... Despite this, Kranos’ heart was still firm. Deciding not to head back anymore, he began moving forward with a sword in hand...
Walking with no direction was quite tiring, and Kranos had paused ti around him, causing no creatures to disturb him. Because of this, Kranos quickly felt a sense of solitude.
However, with Rapid Thought active and Kranos having a strong ntality, he quickly overca this phase and continued on.
Ti passed drastically while Kranos walked.
One year... Ten years... Hundred years... Ten thousand years...
In the blink of an eye, more than a million years had passed since Kranos embarked on this path. Kranos still remained the sa and hadn’t aged despite the passage of ti, and if one looked closely at his facial expression, they would notice that they contained unprecedented calmness!
During the seemingly endless ti, Kranos had grown bored and tired... he had almost lost his mind countless tis, after all, it was extrely difficult for one to survive for so long and not beco crazy, but he still held on.
Besides, Rapid Thought was active, always causing Kranos to simulate countless things. His comprehension had even reached a terrifying state of being able to picture scenes out of his imagination.
Aside from doing that, Kranos unpaused ti sotis, letting countless creatures swarm at him, just so he could feel the thrill of battle, the thrill of rebirth, the thrill of controlling ti!
Due to all this, Kranos hadn’t lost his way and mind. Instead, he had grown accustod to the calmness and solitude.
Just as Kranos continued to wander aimlessly with a sword in hand, his silver hair resting gently on his shoulders, he saw a flash of light in the distance. Kranos was stunned for a mont but imdiately chased after the light... he knew that his ti to escape this world had finally co!
Kranos’ speed was extrely fast as he was constantly shrinking the ti he would take to reach the flash of light. This was also another technique he had been using during his stay in this unique space.
If he would traverse a ter in 1 second, Kranos would shrink the ti he would take to one-tenth of the ti, causing his speed to be ever so fast!
What Kranos didn’t know was that in the blink of an eye, more than one Chaos Cycle had passed! It was only after this ti passed that Kranos finally reached the bright flash of light. His thoughts moved and his mories of the real world quickly returned to him.
Kranos was imdiately horrified! If he didn’t have the ti ability, wouldn’t he have lost himself in the trial? At the sa ti, Kranos also realized what the Trial of the Heart was about.
It was mostly about discovering himself. If he hadn’t chosen to follow his path to the end, he would have definitely failed the trial.
Kranos’ expression turned lancholic as he absorbed the mories of more than one Chaos Cycle of experience. There was also a drastic change in his temperant; after all, having survived for so long ca with so many effects.
Kranos also felt it was a pity, seeing how his other self had been so domineering with the ti ability, Kranos felt he was truly disappointed how strong ti truly was.
Kranos didn’t let these things bother him. When his strength reached a certain level, he would definitely wield such absolute power, a power where he didn’t have to fear anything! Images of his family also appeared in his mind; he knew that this was also another path of the trial.
If he didn’t let go of his emotional attachnts to his past life and continued to stay with them, he would have never passed the trial either! With that, Kranos sighed. From this mont on, he had truly let go of his past life; before, he still had so sentints for them.
Kranos also understood that he had subtly influenced himself in the other world to spend so ti with them before letting them go.
Recalling the final monts before he departed, Kranos felt it was strange. His son was strange... why had he heard those words sowhere? Is my son far from ordinary?
A lot of thoughts passed through Kranos’ mind. At this mont, he heard a slight groan; he turned to the side and realized that the others had woken up as well.
