The mont those two grey "eyes" settled on him, Alex felt his spine shiver. There wasn’t an ounce of emotion, nor intelligence, behind those gloomy eyes.

Just raw, endless hunger that knew no language or any reason.

Even though he knew it already, this just sealed the deal for Alex.

This thing did not think in the way living beings of the normal universe did. It did not sche, or calculate, or posture. It simply existed to feed its endless hunger, and the instant it breached through the void rift Luther had opened, it didn’t just recognise the four juicy als before it, but everything else in the entire Bugonia system as well.

The Void beast dragged itself further through the still widening rift.

Its forelimbs erged first, each one larger than a continent, ending in hooked claws made of neither bone nor tal but so unknown void material. Every movent it made tore at the space around them, affecting the nearby hundreds of millions of kilotres inside the Bugonia system.

The weaker beings were barely able to deal with it, so of the weakest D rank and below dying just from the aftershocks. Most, if not all, of the warring still going on had already stopped by that point – everyone completely enraptured by the presence that had just appeared.

It wasn’t every day a divine class being erged in the universe, and this one was much more terrifying than normal.

From afar, the stronger S tiers still present had their eyes locked onto the fra of the enormous beast, watching how its black-grey mist coated its enormous skeletal fra and pulsed occasionally like thin skin stretched over a corpse.

However, their attention was half divided. The newly summoned Aetherion standing just as firm and imposing with its size, also captured their attention.

Alex and Luther moved a good distance away from the two beings of montous proportions – Alex taking extra care to shield Mira from the reverberating space shocks.

As a beast born of the void, it had far better affinity and control over space than Mira did. Her S tier Call of the Void was like a toddler in comparison to the power the Void best contained within it.

Even Alex, whose Spatial Teleportation talent surpassed Mira’s now that it had been fully unlocked and reached Ascendant tier, still wasn’t able to match up with the control over space the Void Beast had.

Alex glanced down at his status, since it’d been a while.

[P.S. I lied, hehe, consider this my final gift. - A humble blacksmith.]

’It’s two King classes plus one Divine class, versus a single Divine class being. Even though its stronger than all of us individually, together we should be able to do this!’

Looking at his status, Alex grew dissatisfied. Ever since he reached King class, he hadn’t made any progress towards Ancient class whatsoever. He felt like he stagnated, even after being given the grace of a literal god called Mikhail who released him from the System’s shackles.

’The first thing I should do upon reaching the central galaxies is look into this.’ He thought, though he also looked forward to killing and absorbing this Divine class Void beast’s Soul Orb.

Just the idea tickled his fancy. How much progress towards Ancient class could he extract from that?

’Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. We still have to kill it first! And more importantly, Mira...’

He glanced down at the still unconscious girl in his arms, worried for her safety. Even with his power, he couldn’t guarantee she’d stay untouched while he was so close in proximity to the planet sized monster.

"Althea! Get over here!"

He shot out a ntal transmission to Althea from across the star system, and she received it in an instant.

Neither of them was playing around with her safety on the line, and Althea was even more desperate to finally lay eyes on her daughter once again.

She departed from her fight against another Alien S tier without looking back, imdiately heading over to Alex at her fastest pace.

The enemy S tier wanted to pursue her at first, but shirked back in cowardice when they realised the direction she was heading in.

Just like all the others, it wanted absolutely nothing to do with the situation that had escalated over there all of a sudden.

The fact that over a dozen S tiers from every race in contention for Androda was here in this single Star System was insane enough – but the arrival of two A tier Divine class beings was sothing completely unprecedented.

Word of that day’s happenings were sure to spread rapidly across all the nearby galaxies and civilisations.

Back at the centre of everyone’s attention, Althea soon appeared beside Alex, but before she could even lay eyes on her unconscious daughter lying in his arms, two grey orbs locked onto her from the monstrous figure, causing her to freeze in place.

’My... god...’

For the first ti in her life since she first Awakened and was forced into the Primordial Expanse, Althea experienced true fear.

She’d spent so long as a top figure in the entire Federation, grown used to Awakened grovelling at her feet, even powerful A tiers and S tiers, that she’d forgotten how it felt to quite literally be an ant underfoot of a much more superior being.

It took Alex moving over to her and forcing her face to look away from the Void Beast to snap her attention back to him and Mira.

"Just what kind of situation did you get us into..." She asked, utterly bewildered by what she was seeing.

She felt the presence of the Divine class being appear the mont it pushed its body through the Void rift, but from the distance she was from it, it didn’t quite feel as surreal as being this close.

Althea thought that she could handle it since she was there when Brontes was first born as well – but this was completely different.

Completely insane!
